Went to enquire about the gym and personal training with my mum and popped into macro based diner for a mooch, we both ended buying a meal each for our dinners next day and it was delicious portion was just perfect and the garlic Chicken, sweet potato wedges and veg were very tasty , I will definitely be going back and getting meals for my dinners everyday, recommended

Tried my first meal today at the diner, I ordered a garlic chicken pizza, thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish from the minute I walked into the diner till I left, great chatting to Leanne and understanding the meals they provide, can’t recommend this place enough, give it a go !!

The best meal prep service I’ve used to date in Teesside. Meals taste nice, you can track what you’re eating on the website and, the customer service is good. I couldn’t find the delivery times in the website though, which might be my mistake?

The Diner is fantastic great atmosphere lovely and clean, staff all friendly and helpful. The food is amazing and I am in love with the meat balls and Chinese chicken very very tasty.

Ordered my bulk meals late yesterday and they were ready for 10am this morning. I picked them up, all prepared no waiting about! Packaged brilliantly! Just had my first meal and all I can say is WOW! So fresh so tasty will definitely be ordering again and I am now looking forward to my next meal!

Meals are spot on, I work away a lot and when am home I value my time a lot. The diner takes all the hassle out of prepping meaning so I have more time to myself! Everything is healthy, good tasting and fresh! The staff are always pretty friendly to �

I picked up my meals yesterday and tried the first one today. The ordering process was really quick and easy, the girls on the phone were helpful and informative.



Today I tried the steak meatballs with the whole meal pasta, they were the best meatballs I’ve had, you can tell there’s no shit in them and the meat is good quality! I’ll try a different meal each day this week, but I can already say the meals are much tastier than some of the competitors I’ve tried!

I ordered my meals for the first time on Sunday afternoon and they were at my office the next day, delivery has been excellent! I got an assortment of meals on the weight loss plan and I have to say the two of them I have tried so far are delicious! I’m actually excited for lunch time now!! Really looking forward to moving on to choosing my macros after trialling the meals, so impressed that Teeside finally offers such a service!

Highly recommended this if u haven’t already tried .. gorgouse food jerk chicken with rice and veg is my favourite � overnight oats are so tasty there delicious.. makes life so much easier getting my meals prepared for me .. staff are friendly and always there for anything u need to know �

Having never used a meal prep service before I decided to give this a go. I am a stickler for service and detail but have to say I have been blown away with Mike and his team ! Their knowledge and passion for their work is clear and customer service skills are fantastic.



The food is simply delicious !!



One thing I did underestimate was how much easier it would be to stick to a clean diet. The convenience of having meals prepped for me to just be heated has been an absolute game changer and I am finally now starting to take my training more serious too (hopefully I can share some positive results in a few months time).

Had a full week of the weight gain meals last week. These meals taste amazing, iv tried a few different company’s for the prep meals and these are by far the best iv had. Amazing taste, excellent variety of meals and really good portion sizes. Customer service is 10/10 and mike will go out of his way to help u. The online ordering makes it so easy to order. Me and the missus have ordered for next week, no more messing about cooking and food shopping during the week just put one in the microwave for 5 mins and job done.

Safe to say I will be having these meals for the foreseeable future

Couldn’t recommend this diner enough, come down and try for yourself, food is amazing, place is clean and fresh, it has usb charging points, you can eat in or takeaway, diet is absolute key 💪🏻❤️

Called in to get a couple of meals I got Chinese chicken pizza and Chinese chicken meal both on take away just had the pizza and it was very tasty and I'm looking forward to my next meal and I would highly recommend to friends and family all staff a friendly and very helpful and will be using them again

Been using the meals for 5/6 weeks , it’s best thing I have done . Life changing Feel like I have more energy lost weight and am more cautious of what I eat , superb service and will continue to use , helps massively with a busy schedule easy to fit meals in with them being prepared for you hopefully get involved in gym side back end of the year A++++

Been eating the weight loss meals for 3 weeks and lost 11.5lb. I have really enjoyed all my meals, food is lovely so tasty and fresh it is making it so easy to keep on track. Would recommend trying the diner if you haven’t yet as you won’t be disappointed.
