The staff did everything they could to help us at last week's Teesside Unleashed Event, even with thousands of visitors, the staff did whatever they could to assist and to help the day run smoothly. A big pat on the back to you all

Hotel presently getting refurbished. I stayed there on 30 April after 'Boro real fans live the dream' childrens charity had an event there. Fantastic place. Staff so friendly, home from home. Went back on the Sunday evening for The Carvery best I've had. Already booked to stay there again.

Great venue, the staff were very helpful and have been at every event I have attended there. Teesside Unleashed 5 was so busy, I didnt envy them at all but they did a great job, thank you
Stayed here for the 2nd time. Hotel is very welcoming and staff were friendly and helpful. Bedding was clean as was the hotel . Food was excellent . Rooms are not expensive and you get what you pay for. Will definitely visit again
Stayed 1 night. Spacious and fairly clean room but no shower, good food, very friendly and helpful staff (stunning blonde receptionist ah ah). The place needs to be refurbished. Good money value on the overhall.

Goodnight works Christmas do good service would go again I think it wold be good for functions.
Paid £25 for NYE ticket meal was promised for 7.45pm but depending on what table you were sat at you got to go 1st or last we had to wait 2 hours for our food by the time we got there there was No Turkey or spring rolls or spare ribs left and no vegetarian option available. Sat down to eat and staff were trying to clean tables down for the disco! Shocking service AVOID!!
New Year's Eve party terrible service, food ran out before you even got there! Not worth £25 per person. 10pm and the beer pigs haven't even started yet. Never again!!!
DIGUSTING NIGHT FOR THE MOTOWN N SOUL NIGHT DJ PLAYED CHART MUSIC FOOD RAN OUT AND WAS COLD AND THE TOILETS WERE THAT BAD THEY HAD TO CLOSE THEM THE BALL ROOM WAS FREEZING AND STAFF RUDE
Absolutely disgusting, dirty , shit food , got photos fucking sesspit, should be closed down and burnt , health hazzard , oh and fleas !!!!
