Visited the shop yesterday with my daughter staff were very friendly and helpful have honest reviews on products and found everything we required to fit our routines very impressed with the customer service from several members of staff

Today me and my 3 year old daughter visited the store where a lovely lady called Angela asked if my little girl would like to go and scan the items. she has come out so happy and can’t wait to visit Angela again, thank you so much it was lovely you’ve made her day xx

Oustanding customer service today! Broken pushchair bought 18 months ago, unrepairable, so money refunded at price paid with absolutely no hassle at all. New pushchair bought alongside a few other bits in the sale. Can't remember the last time I had service this good!

Absolutely gorgeous staff can't do enough for ya! I even got a hug tonight from one of the staff ha ! Just lovely caring girls. Thank you again �

The store was COLD, it seems not very welcoming

Really poor customer service! I’ve spent a small fortune over the last 3-years in this store... every time I buy anything I have to give my email address to get a receipt. Tried to exchange 2 x pairs of shoes I bought in the wrong size for my little boy yesterday (tags still on) and they wouldn’t do it because I didn’t have a receipt. Looked for the receipt on my phone and despite all the spam I get from them, the receipt hasn’t come through. You go through the whole rigmarole of having to give details every time you purchase anything and they don’t keep records of the sales. Reason given by the robotic woman serving me... GDPR ���



At 34 weeks pregnant I had also been asking a very nice assistant about a new car seat for the new baby... you’ve lost that sale along with all the equipment I would have bought for the new baby and the toys I would have bought for my little boys birthday next week! It only takes one bad interaction... and the lady’s attitude was dreadful (especially for a heavily pregnant woman in the boiling hot conditions of your store)!

my parents in law bought us our baby monitors as a baby gift....8 months later they have just stopped working...I don't have the receipt so they don't care about exchanging them or fixing them...as they they would rather believe I stole them since I have no proof of purchase ...how many times a day do they use this excuse then....I guess most of their customers at theives.

We seen a cot what was out on display so we ask the women we would like this one. She wasn't that helpful when we where asking questions about the cot. Then she told us we couldn't order it so we ask her why is it on display and they was no signs up telling us we couldn't order it and that it was out of stock. :-(

Walking in the store everything looks lovely and we'll presented. Then you meet the staff. Over a week ago now I went into the store with my full term pregnant cousin who they told if she wanted to purchase a cot that was on show on the store floor she was to dismantle it and take it herself. At this moment they did not know I was with her as I was sorting the car when I came back she was on her hands and knees taking out the screws. I was furious told her to stand up and said I'd go get help she should be doing anything like that. She then explained how a staff member allowed her to do this and no offer was made to collect the cot another day or anything. It was to take it down yourself or don't have it. I found a member of staff expressed how rediculus this was, she informed me how they are short staffed so I said at the very least can I have some more tools so I can help her. They then gave me a cocky remark saying there are two Allen keys in the bag to which I stated if she looked closely enough or offered to help she would see they fit different screws. No spare tools were given to us. And even though I was told they were short staffed there were three women stood talking not dealing with customers I then caused a fuss to which one woman came to help but by then it was pretty much done so she helped us get it to the car but she also had the nerve to ask where my cousins partner was and stated he should be there to help! How rude. I've emailed head office all week with nothing but a generic apology stating they informed the manager. Yes and what does that solve. I asked to see a copy of policy and procedures relating to care for customers. Pregnant customers more specifically and this had been brushed over and ignored. Who ever works within this store needs investigating and by the looks of things daily training on how to deal with customers.

Very poor customer care. Get informed your order is ready for Collection only for it not to be there when you go for it. 2 times for same order. Not happy and would not recommend ordering anything from mothercare. Absolutely shocking. �����

Possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. I don't know where this store has found its members of staff as they clearly have no knowledge in dealing with members of the public.

Bought a cheap £50 stroller purely to go on a holiday( in the UK ) not on a flight as they claimed it had been!

Used the pushchair twice before going on holiday, got it out of the boot of my car today & it would not connect into a seated position, the suspension bar had bent. Yes I know it was cheap, but braking after using it twice, really?!

Retuned to the store today ( 14 days after making the purchase) with my receipt/ 12 months guarantee to be told that it would have to be sent off be fixed and it would take up to 30 days, not really ideal when I go on holiday in 3 days! Tried to explain that I did not want a broken pushchair fixed, I wanted a new one.

One member of staff came walking out the back with a pushchair that she said I could use as a replacement, clearly been given to previous customers for similar situations. Paint work scratched off, dirty, I certainly will not be putting my daughter in it that's for sure.

No paperwork given, no info explaining how or when they would inform me of my pushchair being ready for collection.

Poor! Pushy sales from initial assistant, incorrect information given, shocking attitude from management, belittling a staff member in front of customer (myself) at the till point when it was not her error. Messy service.

Poor! Nursery furniture ordered in September and paid in full, expected delivery yesterday, turned up today with only part of the order, no contact made to advise that this would be the case so had to ring them to see where our items where to be told they haven't got them and we would have to wait another week and a half for them, not impressed at all with the service or the lack of effort to try and resolve

Ordered and paid for a car seat. Promised delivery within four working days. These have been and gone. Phoned and was told to track the order myself online! order number not recognised. Emails unanswered. Second phone call told its still in a depot. Somewhere! They don't know where. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend !

Never going here again, incorrect information given. Said something was £30 go in to pick it up and it's £60 so there won't sell me it, Manger did not help one bit, unhappy customer!!!!!!

Called this morning regarding your stock of a new Icandy pushchair. You said you had the pushchair in store, but it was boxed and wouldn't be put together for a few days, even though I said I wanted to see one in person before ordering. I said today was the only day for a few weeks I could come but it would seem you would rather miss out on a £800 sale than put a pushchair together that takes 10 mins! Absolute laziness!

Absolutely shocking customer service my cousin got her push chair from there broke twice with in a year so she gave it back to get repaired and they gave her a little pushchair for know . Then there saying they don't have the pushchair and we didn't hand it in well how do we have the loaned pushchair then
