What a super venue - our first time at an Area Festival and we were a little nervous! Very friendly location, super organised and to time - easy to get to even if 2 hrs from us. We'd have no hesitation in recommending. There aren't many places you can get home made cake, a new half-pad, a forgotten bucket and manage to go through to the next round! Thanks very much😀😀

Travelled further afield than normal for a BD competition on Sunday to Northallerton EC and was really impressed! Also really grateful that there was the option to pay a £1 and have your sheet and rosette posted, will definitely be travelling back again.

Really friendly venue with great warm up facilities for show jumping and lovely xcountry course.

Perfect place to take young or green horses nice relaxed atmosphere and friendly staff xx

arena... what an excellent and huge space.

Love going to NEC always greeted by a warm welcome and nothing is ever too much trouble. Definitely recommend this venue far and wide. Competed here from a young age and it is always one of my favourite venues to go to!!!

I went to compete here on Friday, what a super venue, fantastic facilities, friendly helpful staff. What more could you ask for, thank you x

I always enjoy coming to Northallerton for BE competitions and this year was no different. Really well run, very organised and the first event I've done this season where the showjumping has run to time, which makes such a difference to the day. Great atmosphere and the ground was perfect, especially on the cross country course. Thanks very much to everyone involved, fantastic job! :)

Huge well done event was well organised , stewards all very helpful , dressage, sj and xc looked fab, rode great and ran like clockwork . Thanks to all who give up there precious time to volunteer :) good luck today the sun is shining x

First time at Northallerton today with my young horse and we will definitely return. Friendly and professional with great facilities! The raspberry muffins are worth the journey alone!

Fabulous venue Tina and the team work tirelessly and there is always something on for Novice or experienced horses and riders.

Cafe is amazing as well with great food.

Fab at fitting in us disorganised people that miss entry closing dates too �!!

Absolutely super venue with something for everyone from beginners to professionals. Staff are always friendly and helpful and the food in Tiffany's café is scrummy. Just love competing here. 😀.

Absolutely fabulous day today the the BD Area Festival!

Lovely venue with friendly staff who made me feel very welcome. Well organised with super fast results - my only criticism would be the parking - would be helpful to have someone assisting with this when it's as busy as today.

Will definitely be back �

Usually a good experience yet had a disappointing visit this time for the ODE as having walked the course as advised on the Saturday from 5 I arrived ready to walk the course at 5, I then competed on the Sunday for a jump to have been added into the 90 class and I obviously wasn’t aware and didn’t jump it, think it was fairly unfair as I was obviously eliminated yet would have won my class� also when queried the woman was very rude and not helpful and bothered in the slightest.

Really disappointed by staffs poor attitude and unprofessional behaviour.

Was worst experience I have ever had.

Would not return.
