moved in a house just round the corner 3 years ago. started ordering food from hear and wouldnt want to go anywhere else as ive never had and issue with the food and they kind staff!! awesome food

Tried loads of pizza places in the past but now only use This one. Best pizzas and kebabs in Hetton and Houghton. my son always gets a burger and he says they are the best too. so it’s win win and would definitely recommend it to any one. �������

The chicken kebab and hot and spicey pizza is to die for best shop in het ton

Ordered food on Friday fab as always bbq chicken pizza is amazing love there garlic too � x

Just had the 14” World Cup Box. It was delicious & well worth the money. Will definitely have one of those again. Thankyou lads for the lovely food & great service x

Just had a lush wrap chilli was nice n hot.kids all happy with full tummys :-D lovley as always and good prices well worth it

I recommend anyone to try these box deals, value for money and really tasty. U always get a service with a smile, from shop staff or delivery driver. I will continue to use this takeaway well done guys keep it up xxxxx

Have used Pacinos for years the food is lovely reasonably priced and the box specials is worth the money

Had the £10 box and went through 2 adults and 2 kids and some left over ordered a few times now defo 1 of my fav pizza shops now

First time I've had the £10 box special last night and it was unreal. Everything was spot on and I'm normally fussy about chicken 👌

Best beef burgers in Hetton and the chicken kebab is spot on every time, making me hungry thinking about it �

If I could give this place a zero, I would. Waited over 2 hours to be told constant lies that our delivery was on its way, then refused a refund. Hung up on three times by the guy who picked up the phone and my partner given attitude when within our rights to complain about food being AN HOUR LATE. disgusting behaviour and customer service. no apology even provided made to feel like we were wrong for having money taken from us for a service that wasn’t provided. Customer loyalty means nothing to this place you have lost our custom and myself and my partner will be telling EVERYONE I know NEVER to go here.
