Set over two floors this Georgian town house has been refurbished to the highest standard, downstairs you will find a cosy living area leading into an open plan kitchen /dining area with a beautiful fitted kitchen including all modern appliances such as an integrated washing machine, dishwasher, breakfast bar and large dining table,
there is also a downstairs cloakroom leading from the kitchen.
Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, the first is a family room with a king size bed, with room for a cot or infant bed, the second room also a king size bed, finally the third has twin beds.
The property will comfortably sleep up to 6 adults and an infant which makes it an ideal holiday home to share with family or friends, This floor, also includes a luxurious bathroom with free standing bath and separate walk in shower
There is private parking at the rear for two cars and private south facing garden to sit out and enjoy after a day out in the beautiful country side
The house is in an enviable location in the centre of town within a short walk to the historic Priory and Saint Nicholas' Church, and within walking distance of Guisborough forest where you will find amazing walks and cycle paths.
The small town also provides many shops, pubs and eateries on its bustling High Street. Just outside of Guisborough explore the North Yorkshire coast, with Saltburn and Redcar within 20 minutes’ drive and the famous links golf course at Seaton Carew just a little further. To the south the North Yorkshire Moors National Park provides stunning walking country and popular seaside towns such as Whitby, Runswick Bay and Robin Hood's Bay can be found within a 45 minutes’ drive. Guisborough itself has so much to offer with the Guisborough Priory, museum, market, plenty of restaurants, cafes and boutique shops Guisborough also hosts events such as the Cleveland Klondike and the Summer Sounds tribute music festival making this the ideal holiday setting. Our holiday home as been totally refurbished to the highest standard offering you the home to home comforts during your stay and has the benefit of private parking for two cars behind the property and secure bike storage.
