Another 6000 feet climbed with these great gals to see an awesome Lighthouse. we have had an intense four days of undercarriage conditioning with 2 to go but it’s all manageable 🤭

Storm Gareth took a break and we enjoyed the sparkly lights of the Settle metropolis from the top of Castleberg Watery Lane was indeed very watery but was the perfect shoe wash at the end of our pleasant trot

A new Strong and Steady Thursday 1pm weekly class starts 28th March at Clapham village hall to help reduce the risk of falls and develop strength and balance. please share this if you can think of anyone who would be interested in joining this group

Feedback is so priceless from the youngsters that I coach. This week focus with key stage ones on skipping and galloping I received the following
1) Mrs Eccleston do badgers gallop?
2) Skipping makes me feel joyful because it makes me feel warm 🤗

24hrs of finest Strathpeffer riding. Every lap challenging in a new way either more ice, less daylight, snow, rain then sunrise. Support crews and marshals were fantastic and most riders polite when passing. Highly recommend this event especially as a team of 4 we also had a mechanic and tea lady 😉

The logo and hoodies are also great quality easy to wash n dry and no bobbling up 👍even after 3 years of hammer

With Jill's training plan in my legs and coaching points in my head the 52 mile PrePeaks cyclo-cross race went much better than I had expected, really chuffed. 5:44, only 30 mins behind my other half Phil. Great event by Hope and thanks to Jill I'm stronger, faster & more resilient.

I have really loved getting back on my bike and Jill has given me back my confidence but not only that but I really enjoy going up hills!!! I enjoy it because Jill has taught me techniques and given me the skills to ride better and safer. From someone who wobbled turning right I cannot believe how far I have come.



I also joined a core stability class in Settle on a Thursday morning..love it. It is a friendly class and no one bothers what you wear, how you look or how height you can lift your leg! From a size 16 nudging 18 I am now heading for a size 14. Everything is easier. Thank you Jill

A wonderful day at Settle Primary School today. Eight children able to really develop their bike handling skills thanks to Jill's dedication and enthusiasm. I strongly recommend these courses, not just for the skill and safety aspects, but also because kids were learning whilst having fun. And they all said thank you!

A great day at Horton with a wide range of activities for all ages. Our son took his bike into nursery to show his friends what he had learned in the bike ability class. Thank you.

3 months ago I went to a group session with Jill, I could hardly even get on my bike never mind get my head around the gears and was struggling with more that 2-3mins of consistent running. Jill helped me with both my confidence and technique and today I did my first ever TRIATHLON!!!
