An amazing harvest today, nearly 2 tonnes picked by the fair (if calloused) hands of our volunteers, Henry, Tony, Rosie, Dave, Anne, David, Stephen, Nicola, Susan and her friends, Andrew, Peter, Giles and Edward, a brilliant much appreciated effort!

Wonderful tasting their extraordinary wines today, and learning about Stuart and Elizabeth's love and tender care of the vine. Who thought that god's own county could produce winners of an international bronze medal? Well they have, and it's well deserved too. My particular favourites are Yorkshire's Lass and Strickland Estate - delicious. Looking forward to their East Coast wine as an accompaniment for fish and seafood!

What a great time we had on our two night stay at Ryedale Vineyards. Hosts John, Michelle and son Jack were so welcoming and our bedrooms were beautiful in the farmhouse. The lunch hamper was gorgeous and as were our cooked English breakfast each morning. Tour of the Vineyard was really interesting as was watching the start of Cider making process. Would love to visit again and we are looking forward to drinking their amazing wines again that we brought home. Stanley the dog is adorable as well!

We were made to feel very welcome. Had we have realised they did b&b we would have stayed. Fabulous birthday gift for me

The hosts were fantastic and the wine was superb with the added bonus of nibbles with the wine tasting and i couldn't get enough of the fruit cake and cheese it was delicious. Great family business in the heart of the North Yorkshire country side. Everyone was really friendly and learning about how the vineyard started and the process of making the wine was very interesting. Looking forward to drinking the wine, ale and cider that we bought, all made by the vineyard.
