Fantastic staff at Sainsbury's Middlesbrough.

Went in to do a little bit of shopping, to find the items that I told staff a week ago, that were nearly 3 month out of date, were still on the shelves. Checkout operator had put previous customers items through, to busy talking to acknowledge me, managed to get my shopping done on self scan, as it was obvious she wasn’t in a hurry to serve me, put a complaint in about the out of date food whilst she still carried on her conversation, complained to a supervisor about out of date items & checkout operator still chatting! Poor customer service!

Really appalled at the way I was spoken to this evening by your checkout operator "Nigel".

Extremely rude and ignorant.

I shall never shop there again while he is still working there.
