#motivationalmonday Totally motivating myself this morning as I know I have an incredibly busy week ahead of me, which could so easily mean that I could pick convenience food up first... but I’m ready for it... as of Wednesday I’ll be doing an SP week and I have all my meals planned and shopped for already!! ☝🏼☝🏼 this is what keeps me going! 1 stone 12.5 pounds away from target and 4 stone 8.5 pounds lost so far in total in almost 9 months... I am ready for the week ahead 💪🏼💪🏼

✨T r a n s f o r m a t i o n T u e s d a y✨ . I still can’t believe the difference in my waist in these pictures!! I was dangerously overweight and carried all my fat mainly in my belly area. I struggled to get clothes to fit, and I ended up buying baggy tops or jackets to cover up 😭 now I’m so much more comfortable in my own skin, I enjoy going clothes shopping and I’m so much more confident ❤️ I have @slimmingworld to thank for absolutely changing my life around ❤️ #slimmingworld #slimmingworlduk #slimmingworldjourney #transformationtuesday #proud
