The children enjoyed making mothers day gifts. Megan wrote words in tape which she then peeled off when they were dry. We then framed their beautiful artwork to give to mummy's. I have the best assistant and daughter x

World book day

Fantastic week during half term. We have been to lightwater valley, bouncy castle, Dormans museum and Saltburn. Roll on Easter!

I would like to wish my gorgeous and sometimes crazy mindees and their lovely parents and grandparents all the best for 2019. Also including my old mindees whom Megan and myself have created special bonds with. Love and best wishes Dawn and Megan xx I’ve added a few pre Christmas pics!

Our little monsters made smoothies today using kale, spinach, strawberries and coconut milk. Faces were a picture looking at the colour, until they tasted it (which took half an hour) Result!

Looking at nature on the way from school. We found conkers, different coloured ladybirds and birds feathers which we used to do mark making with (after being sprayed with Dettol) it's not just a school run it's an adventure!

We have been observing our new pets (locusts)

We had a lovely day at Hardwick hall park yesterday., From building dens to reading the 3 little pigs in the woods.

What better way to enjoy the thunder storm than to accompany the sounds, with musical instruments.

Day 6 and the caterpillars are getting bigger and should be soon ready to enter the butterfly enclosure. They have created lots of wonder and excitement for the children so far.

For the next 2 weeks we will be watching the miracle of metamorphosis. For the the younger children watch how a caterpillar turns into a butterfly

We combined Megan's birthday and Harry and Meghan's wedding with a visit to the tea rooms to have tea and cake with the queen. The children were so well behaved and even held their pinkies in the air to sip their tea 💍

We have had a fabulous half term visiting a train museum, dormans museum,preston park, guusbrough woods and a fun day at redcar.

Lovely road trip to guisbrough forest. Cant beat exploring with nature! from breaking the ice in the puddles to looking for mini beasts, whilst forming lovely friendships x
