About Treetop Nets Yorkshire

Over 2000m2 of giant trampolines, walkways, slides and tunnels all made out of netting suspended between trees up to 12m off the ground.

Treetop Nets Yorkshire Description

OPEN EVERY WEEKEND ALL YEAR ROUND
OPEN EVERY DAY DURING HALF TERM
Try to imagine over 2000m2 of giant trampolines, walkways, slides and tunnels all made out of netting. Now picture this safely suspended between trees up to 12m off the ground and set in mature native woodland and you'll have the right idea.

This is a Yorkshire first and the biggest in the UK, designed to offer an amazing and adventurous new way for both children and adults to play in the high trees. Unlike the traditional high ropes courses, you'll be completely surrounded by 3m high walls of netting which means you are always safe and therefore you do not need harnesses.

Trees make Paper make Books make Art. What a brilliant way to recycle. Books that essentially would end up in the bin.

Treetop Nets Ripon is hibernating for the winter and is now closed until February half term. The Treetops team thrive on getting outdoors over the winter months but if you're someone who isn't keen on the cold, we'll leave you to ponder this thought... http://www.ox.ac.uk/research/could-humans -hibernate-0

We won't hesitate to go again and we are going to buy annual passes after today's visit. We can't wait til next time...although I fear I'm going to be sore tomorrow!! Thank you so much!!! 10/10

We won 2 tickets on Facebook Christmas competition and came for the first time today. We had a brilliant time, it was surprisingly quiet for a bank holiday. As it’s under the tree canopy it’s a fantastic place to visit on really hot days, it was so cool compared to everywhere else.

Once suggestion, please add some lockers so all parents can get stuck in and leave valuables safely stored.

I do think ÂŁ20 for 2 hours is a little overpriced compared to prices elsewhere. Having said that, we will be back.

We visited yesterday for my daughter Milly”s 11th birthday treat and had the most amazing time. This is a fabulous attraction for both young and old. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We were able to take in our birthday picnic and set up camp whilst the children payed. The area is nice and spacious with plenty of room so you don’t feel like you are on top of other visitors. There is a cafe and although we didn’t have any food the hot beverages were very reasonably priced. The children ( and adults ) thoroughly enjoyed themselves and I would definitely recommend a visit.

We visited for the first time yesterday and found the whole experience fantastic. We visited with our 4 year old son who has ASD and our 1 year old daughter. I contacted TTN before hand to ask when the least busy time was for us to visit and their response was swift and accurate! We arrived there for our booking at about 2:45pm, had a safety briefing and then onto the nets. Our little boy had an absolute whale of time, the staff were present everywhere you looked and were so, so friendly!! There are plenty of places to sit in the sun or shade and we took a picnic blanket for us to set up a little camp with our baby while we watched. I'm pretty sure Dad enjoyed it as much as our son and we will definitely be coming again!! Thank you Treetop Nets!!

User

We came to visit on Saturday a group of 17 mixed boys & girls, ages ranging from 3 to well.. should know better!! I have to say everyone had a fantastic time no matter of their age. Once your head adjusts (or maybe that's an age thing) there is so much fun to be had, what a great place to just let yourself go and have an absolute ball with you kids. Would recommend to anyone.

User

Visited here today for my nieces 8th birthday and we absolutely loved it! The staff could not do enough to make our visit comfortable and fun! Brilliant value for money, you can take your own pack up, there is a water fountain and lovely picnic tables in a safe enclosed area. The adults had as much fun as the children (maybe more so). We stayed well over the 2 hour limit and will certainly go back again! Thank you! ďż˝

Third time we’ve been here, great fun for all the family

User

There was torrential rain and we were soaked through every layer, but my daughter and I had a wonderful time here today. Everything from the crow’s nest, the hopscotch, the giant bouncing balls to the super fun slides kept a smile on my daughters face right up until the end of our session. We’ll definitely come back....but maybe when it’s sunny!

User

Thank you for the best day out (which was made even better by the fact that 2 of our tickets were won in your competition!)! Our 7 year old said today was the best day of his life as he had so much fun! Thoroughly enjoyed by all of our family from our 4 year old to their 39 year old dad!

User

Our 2 girls, aged 8 and 11, really enjoyed the freedom of the nets. They loved the slides and the ball area as well as exploring the different parts of the park. Being fully enclosed meant it was very safe for them to go off in their own and even when it got busier there was still lots of room to explore.

User

Loads of fun for my daughter and her 2 friends. Great helpful and friendly staff make a fab day out.

User

I won a competition on here for a family ticket and we went today! It was brilliant, the staff were lovely which always makes experience like this so much better. Everything was clean and it was easy to find! The nets themselves where fab it was great finding an activity we could all do together having kids with a large age gap it's hard finding things that keep everyone happy, but all 4 of us laughed and smiled from start to finish! The slides were great fun and will make you feel like a child again but they are not the easiest to get out of haha! The ball net was all our favourite part! We would definitely come back and definitely recommend from us! Thank you so much for our chance to come xx

User

Husband and nine year old son spent the afternoon up in the treetops on this our first visit. Great place with friendly staff. Will certainly return. Son's review "awesome, fun, can we go back another day".

User

Great place with lots of fun to be had for both children & grown ups...2 hours turned into 4 as we had a voucher which doubled the time,

We took our own picnic to reduce cost which was good and there were plenty of area's to sit and eat especially as we got lovely weather.

A secure place so you don't have to worry about the children getting out or wondering off.... finally the staff were great and made us all feel welcome so definitely a place we would recommend x

User

Our boys and I really enjoyed ourselves when we visited yesterday. We loved going round the different platforms and down the slides, it was great fun. The staff was all very friendly. Downside, The cafe side does need a little more thought though as it seemed a long time for the coffees to be served, that was no fault of the server, who was very helpful, but perhaps another coffee machine to help speed things up a bit. I think this will be a once a year visit as it was ÂŁ60 for our visit which seemed a little excessive

User

A little expensive but a fantastic place for the kids to have a great time having fun, getting lots of fresh air and exercise safely. Our son has autism and has problems with flexibility but he totally enjoyed himself and got lots of exercise without even realising. The staff were great too. An overall good place to go for a day out!

User

Great day out for the kids! They really enjoyed themselves. Definitely worth a go!

Reasons for not 5 stars is that it's quite expensive for what it is and also the cafe is a let down. It has so much unused potential! Had to go over to the main Granary restaurant for a take away cuppa!!

Toilets could be a little less grubby too!

Won't be rushing back as we live an hour away but at ÂŁ20 I don't think I would return even though the kids enjoyed it.
