I had an awesome experience at my first Reiki session today I felt totally at ease before , during and after. I have never felt so relaxed I felt all my stress float away I will be having more and I can't recommend it high enough. Thank you Mark the colours were amazing and so was the Angel reading.

Had a lovely back massage and hot stones this afternoon to help with my back pain.

Feeling relaxed after a spa treatment. Highly recommend and will be using again.
