loved this place !my friend and I thoughly enjoyed our experience of 44 we stumbled across it quite by accident!we were looking for somewhere different to eat and we are glad we came here the service was brilliant!! the food was fabulous, the wine was amazing loved the decor and the ambience some beautiful touches .will definitely be back

The restaurant is really cosy with a very relaxed atmosphere. The staff were lovely, as they always were in La Bastille.



I would recommend you try the goats cheese fritters in honey and lavender <3



We had Cote de Boeuf for a main and it was amazing!!!



We can't wait to come back again.

Was at 44 Hill Street for an early dinner with my sister on Sunday. Had tapas and a sharing board in the most beautiful surroundings. Food was just amazing and service was impeccable. A definite must and couldn't recommend more.

The resturant is like something out if Allo Allo! Beautiful building and alot of thought has gone into the interior decorations and theme aswell as the authentic french music being played gives a more foregin feeling.



The food was fantastic and done perfectly to our request and our server who was lovely checked in with us to ensure everything was correct and to top up our water and ice for our drinks.



I will be returning again in the future as i loved the experience.

The food is absolutely amazing , full of flavour and a , brilliant atmosphere , service is so good and the menu has something to suit everyone. Worth a visit or two , it's that good coming back tomorrow for lunch .

So, last night we were out for a meal in Bastille on Lisburn Road. I put my hat on the coat stand. A lady walked out with it by mistake. Just if you could share this to see if the power of Facebook can help me be reunited with my donegal tweed hatman cap.

I believe that the couple are from Newcastle.

Really enjoyable time on Saturday night. Service was good and the food was fantastic.Will surely be back.

Out first visit to Bastille last night and we would highly recommend this authentic French restaurant. . A warm friendly welcome from all the staff, the frog leg Bon Bon was delicious along with the lamb belly and chicken parfait for starter. We had duck and venison for main course and both were excellent, tender and very tasty. For dessert we shared the snickers parfait which was perfect for any chocolate lover. We will definitely be back .

Only opened 1 week. The service was great and the food flavoursome. I had the roasted hake on crushed new potatoes and was not disappointed. The three of us enjoyed the mains and desserts. I will definitely go back

Just had our last ever meal at this lovely French restaurant. And I cannot think of a better way to celebrate than with this amazing meal of lamb belly with parmesan and tapenade, the most equisite rabbit pie for main and a tarte de jour to die for. Thank you my friends. I will miss you

I had the most beautiful meal here this evening. Everything was perfect �. The food was unreal and the staff could not have been nicer. Thank you so much for a lovely evening I will definitely be back again.

Have been going here for years and couldn't recommend it enough. We used to live right beside it and we visited every Sunday but now living at the other side of town it's a treat for us to come here and is definitely worth the drive. The food is beautiful and the staff are so passionate and friendly. Both their food and wine recommendations are fantastic if you're not sure what to go for. My favourite would have to be the bavette steak, but there are many wonderful options. Definitely worth a visit!

Had lunch here today and I can honestly say it was a pleasure. The food, staff, surroundings were all excellent. I will definitely be back.

Had a really delicious meal here on Sunday. Mackerel bruschetta followed by a Sunday roast. Service was excellent good wine choice and a lovely ambience. Close proximity to after dinner drink venues or like us you might like to hang out front of restaurant in bistro bar area. It was so good I left a rather expensive pair of sunglasses there and voila they were there two days later when I called.

Can’t recommend enough the new menu is delicious staff very friendly, prices are good
