What can I say absolutely amazing, had my phone fixed in Benidorm whilst on holiday thinking in was a good idea which ended in 10 screws being missing from my phone an a faulty screen, took it to these guys and within an hour my phone was like brand new also my girlfriend had a screen replaced by these guys not to long ago, couldn’t be happier with the work they do plus the customer service is fantastic, the guys will tell you straight up what’s going on so there’s no confusion or worry on your end.

Went to apple to get a phone fixed, they took an hour and a half so I left apple still with a broken phone, so I walked round to this shop and they had it done within 30 minutes, highly recommend and reasonably priced�

Went to 4urphone this morning with what can only be described as a phone screen on its last leg, to be honest I'm not sure how it was still working!! Showed the very friendly gentlemen and he said no problem, come back in an hour!! Also decided to purchase a case to be on the safe side!! An hour later went back and collected a perfect phone, as good as new and got the case for half price!! So impressed and paid nearly half of what other places had quoted!! Would highly recommend this place to anyone

Service was incredible! Went to the shop on a busy Monday afternoon with a smashed screen and broken digital display! Asked about how much it would cost to find out it was just under £80 which it a lot cheaper than I expected tbh! Left my phone with the lovely polite man and asked how long it would be (expecting to say atleast 2 days or something ) he replied 'an hour at the most!' I've ever had better service and my phone works just like new! Thank you very much 4urphone

Most helpful, friendly, speedy and valuable service I've ever experienced! After being quoted £230 from Apple for my iPhone 6 to be repaired, other businesses rejecting the repairs completely and ending up with several damages being fixed for a fraction of the price, I couldn't be happier!!! Working perfectly and served by two gentlemen! (hopefully I won't smash it again but if I do I'll be back) thanks sooo much!!:):) x

I went to a few places in belfast before i went here but the reason i had chosen 4urphone is because you use the pest parts on the market my phone screen digitizer and lcd was all destroyed but the staff were really quick i think it was an hour to fit everything plus other jobs at the same time very good job ive never been happyer with my phone and not a single glitch on the touch or display it was well worth the money will use this place time and time again

Highly recommend this phone service .. Broke my phone at the weekend and the screen was completely cracked, wouldn't turn on and screen was blacked out. Took my phone to the apple shop and they said they wouldn't be able to repair it due to previous service (not by this company). Luckily took my phone round to 4urphone, they were so helpful and had my phone fixed within an hour and a half. Can't get over the difference in the screen and the price, over the moon and would recommend this service to anyone.

Got my phone fixed two weeks ago. As my screen was coming off and there was a big black line down the screen. After fixing it I mentioned when on calls it was knocking the mute button. He then took it apart again to fix it. Even after it was closing time he took time to fix it!! I always go here and wouldn't go anywhere else

Fanastic service today! Mum had her sim card stuck very far down in the phone and we had no idea how to fix it. The boy in the shop (I'm sorry I don't remember your name), took it apart, fixed it and fitted it with a sim adapter in less than 5 minutes all out of the good of his heart! Thanks very much! Will be back with any other issues :)

Could not have received better service today from the shop assistant! Wish I got his name but older guy with glasses. Basically broke my phone in England while I was away amd got it done there for cheaper (£45) and 6 days later- it broke without any damage was just a cheap job! So brought it to 4urphone and the guy spent about 15 mins of his time trying to fix the screen trying different screens and even trying to save the dodgy one so it wouldn't cost anything!



It couldn't be saved but my new screen is great but most importantly the service was fantastic! He had my phone fixed in 30 mins and even popped it on charge for me as I was running late to collect!

Cheap, professional and very quick. Brought my HTC One in for repair and previously brought my Hudl tablet in both for the charger ports. Really positive service unlike other places that charge you a fee for 'diagnostic' they do their best to keep costs down. Thanks, would recommend to anyone.

Brilliant service, got my Samsung s7 edge repaired here. Was told by other shops what i needed done couldn't be done but was proven wrong by this place! Would highly recommend great price and friendly staff.

Absolutely amazed! Got told my phone was unfixable and wanted a second opinion came to the shop with my phone which had a cracked screen and water damage and it was fixed in a few hours and was only charged for the screen! So happy!!! Amazing service!!!

Went to the shop on 6th to get a code to open my phone to any network which I was told would only take 24 hours and I would be called with the code today is the 9th I still haven't receive code or call to say what's happening rang the shop 4 times yesterday to be told i would be called back shock I haven't been paid the money annol for code it would be better customer service if they at least let the customer know what was happening.the guy that booked the unblinking in was a lovely guy and very helpful but would be better if they followed three with the product on time��very disappinted with the service have rang several times today to no answer left a pm before I put this message on to but as yet no reply.

Had battery replaced for iPhone 5s, and did not get 7 months out of it. I got it replaced today (On Lisburn Road - not trying to plug a shop here) and the repair shop told me it was not a genuine Apple battery and referred to it as an 'eBay battery' and asked where I got it done. It cost me £25, but I was able to buy a genuine battery and install it for £30 and get it done while I waited. Apparently, 6-12 months is the expected time you would get from the non-genuine batteries. I know its only £25 quid, but the customer has no clue what is genuine or not. I feel let down by this. I was never asked if I wanted a fake battery or a genuine one and would have paid the extra £5/10 as its the hassle of replacing it.

Screen repaired in a few hours, got it back screen was lose, flickered and the sensor didn't work. Brought back and the only thing fixed was my sensor! Screen was lose and screen still flickered! To top it off they had broken my phone cover! Bought a new one and when phone was pushed into the cover the screen cracked!!! Was expected to pay another £79.99 on top of the £89.99 I paid at the start! Awful service would not recommended to anyone!

DO NOT GO NEAR THAT SHOP he's a thief stole my daughters battery out of the iPhone 6 and replaced it with a fake one which has bust in the phone she was only getting the screen fixed on the phone which wasn't even fitted right after asking him to fix it he kept saying it was out of warranty a month after it was done cost £80 safe to say we where well stroked so people be warned don't go anywhere near the place �
