5K Rabbit Run & 1Mile Bunny Hop

Sunday 9th April 2017 for the 3rd annual 5K Rabbit Run & 1 mile Children's race around the picturesque Hazelbank Park located in the heart of Newtownabbey along the beautiful coast of Belfast Lough

Sponsored by Spec Savers Abbey Centre and organised by Martina Toal, this unique timed 5k run with finishers medal for every runner offers an opportunity to lace up purple and raise vital funds to support your local NI Children's Hospice.

The route is suitable to both runners, joggers & walkers it is also wheelchair friendly and the race even boasts a virtual entry where you will receive a finishers medal and DVD recorded on a go-pro just for signing up! Those 14 or under MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult.

There will be a Children's 1 mile race (with small token prizes for all finishers) that will start at 11am with the Adults race following so parents can enjoy both sections of the event.

Full timed 5k entry £12. 50

Virtual 5k entry is £13. 50 this will include P& P. Your race pack and medal will be mailed after our main event.

1 mile Bunny hop entry £6. 50

Unfortunately it is not possible to change your entry from actual to virtual or vice versa once you have registered.
