Life is for living and fitness is for enjoying nothing should be a chore. by combining structured fitness sessions, a balanced diet and a positive body and mind we can all become happier healthier individuals and the best that we can be.
Having been diagnosed with a number of mental health illnesses I understand life can be hard for so many people, my struggle with mental health makes me very much aware of the needs of the community and has created a desire for me to help.
