Hey ladies, could I just ask all my clients except those coming back for a refill to please attend your appointment with completely bare nails eg. no nail polish or any old extensions etc that haven’t been properly removed before hand.

Ladies due to the high numbers of late comers over the past few weeks I have decided to bring in a late policy.
It isn’t fair on my clients who are on time to their appointments and have to wait because the person in front of them has arrived late.
So I’m going to take the minutes you are late away from your appointment for example
... If you are 5 minutes late I will take 5 minutes off your appointment this will mean I won’t be able to do any detailed nail art such as marble, loose glitters or diamonds.
If your 10 minutes late I will only be able to do two colours with gel polish eg. one pink and one glitter finger.
Any more than 10 minutes and I will have to cancel and reschedule your appointment for another day as I cannot have my next client left waiting.
If you don’t show up to an appointment and don’t give me any notice but wish to book in with me again you will be asked to pay a deposit before attending the appointment.
Sorry if I sound abit serious and I know that this doesn’t apply to everyone, but it’s been happening for a while now and needed to be addressed ❤️
