Advanced Food & Drink Manufacturing Network

The Advanced Food and Drink Manufacturing Network (AFDM Network) is a Northern Ireland Food and Drink Association (NIFDA) project facilitated by Birnie Consultancy and supported by Invest Northern Ireland through its Collaborative Growth Programme. It aims to bring food and drink manufacturers together from across Northern Ireland to network with other companies and- Receive a free 4Manufacturing survey to help identify digital transformation priorities- Share best practice- take part in various learning opportunities including study tours and site visits to allow manufacturers to investigate new technologies and understand how they may be effective in their business- seek funding opportunities to allow research into the effectiveness of different automantion and digitization technologies
