A very big thank you to Julia Linton whom we dealt with. Since learning to drive I have bought 7 brand new cars each one bought from a male salesman who all spoke in such a condescending way to me. My husband was with me on a couple of these occasions and the sales men directed all information to him even when he said my wife is buying this car. Julia you were lovely you spoke to us equally and getting a beautiful bouquet of daisies and Oriental lilies when we picked up the car was such a suprise and the icing on the cake

Having visited with looking to upgrade a 2 year old v40 we where in showroom for about 10 minutes. We tried different cars and models and looked all around them but even though there was at least 6 staff members about with some of them right beside us and walking past us and not one person even acknowledged us or asked to help us. I have never come across a business at this level with such poor customer service.

Sales man was dry not helpful went across to BMW and was treated really well
