Took my vw golf to Agnews yesterday for an Emissions adjustment. Was told it would take an hour, was given refreshments and made feel welcome while we waited. It took just under the hour, which was very good. When I got into my car there was a lovely gift set waiting for me containing 2 key rings, a very nice pen and booklet containing some special offers, nice touch 👍 Overall service was excellent.

Took my Tiguan for it’s first service at the Boucher Road branch. Service staff were fabulous and even made Izzy ( our Portuguese Water Dog )welcome .... she liked the biscuits !

Car was also spotless after the service . It’s my second car from this branch and wouldn’t consider anywhere else as both sales and service staff are second to none .

Picked up my new Golf from the wonderful Keith this afternoon, absolutely outstanding customer service from start to finish. I'm in love with my new car, third Volkswagen I've had and certainly won't be the last!

Picked up my brand new Golf R from the Mallusk site yesterday, dealt with Andrew Bridgett for the whole sale from start to finish. He kept me fully updated via email and phone on how the car was getting on, and when it got delivered. Andrew went above and beyond, and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Picked our golf up from Mallusk last week - we can’t recommend Vicki highly enough. Such friendly service and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you!

Phoned last week for a service.. had me booked into one the following week. They even cleaned the car and replaced the tires saving me having to go to Quik-Fit. Nice place, friendly staff, would highly recommend!

Just picked up my new VW Polo today from Agnew Volkswagen Mallusk. This is my second time dealing with Steven in the Mallusk showroom and I can't rate him and the rest of the team highly enough. I have had 4 years of happy motoring here and I look forward to the next 4 years. Customer service is second to none - a pleasure to do business with.

I asked for a test drive and, subject to me providing some details and my driving licence, that would be ok. I didn't have my licence..... so the salesman politely informed me that I couldn't drive the car as it was company policy. 30 minutes later and at Edwin May in Ballymena we saw an equally nice VW Polo which drove really well. Guess who didn't get my business today. In over 30 years of driving I have never been refused a test drive because I didn't have my licence with me. The score would have been less except that the salesman was so pleasant.
