All of our steaks are cut from the very finest 28 day dry aged sirloin! Available in 8oz or 12oz.
Cooked to perfection and served with saut├®ed onions and mushrooms, choice of potatoes, vegetables or salad and choice of peppered sauce or garlic butter!

Was in for the first time today, really enjoyed my meal and were impressed by all the other dishes we seen coming out past us, wud b more than happy to come back and try out some more ’┐Į

Our favourite place to eat is AJ's and we travel quite a distance to enjoy the delicious food! Yesterday lived up to expectation as always! We both had delicious Chicken Maryland and then because we just couldn't resist, we had dessert too! I had their scrumptious rhubarb crumble and custard (takes me back to childhood days at my Gran's!). Hubby had strawberry cheesecake with ice-cream.

Going to AJ's means consistently great tasting food, a great menu choice (Daily Specials board also) and staff who are friendly and go the extra mile to make your experience a good one. Yesterday we were greeted by Maureen - always smiling and jolly and just makes you feel so at home. Nothing is ever too much bother for her.

My husband and I have only started going to AJ's recently as we just moved house - the service is exceptional and really goes over and above. I mean this from every member of staff we've dealt with on more than one occasion, including the chefs. Wonderful atmosphere, delicious food that's presented well, and they couldn't do enough for you. The best little spot we've been to out of Saintfield, Crossgar, Downpatrick and Ballynahinch put together. Well worth a stop! Thank you for everything!

My favourite place for quality food at a fantastic price. Always an empty plate and a very full stomach after a visit.

Have not missed a Sunday dinner there in over 3 years. Why ,simple ,the food is second to no other restaurant ,the staff are just simply superb ,nothing is a trouble to them and the food quality and quantity is first class and lastly the price of any meal is unbeatable.

Great food, great staff, great wee watering hole.

Been going to AJs for a few years - poppin in and out at all different times.

All meals served to a high standard.

Been here loads of times never had a bad meal all the staff are very friendly Paul is great with customers came here today for my daughter's 10th birthday we brought a cake with us and Paul and the team came out with it singing happy birthday to my daughter now that's customer service for you. Thanks again AJ diner team.

Aj's is a favourite of my fathers, so when we asked him where he wanted to go for his 80th Birthday there was no hesitation it had to be Aj's. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. The menu is varied and would suit most tastes. The food could not be faulted, was delicious, well presented and hot.

I love it usually but unfotunately yesterday morning I ordered breakfast it came cold .we asked for water and ice and never got it . Hot water was also asked for and we didn't get that either. There was only one girl serving this was the cause of the let down of service..
