We had our wedding list with Alana's. Honestly could not fault their gift list service. Aimee was so helpful when we created our list and made some brilliant suggestions. We were kept informed about purchases off our list and offered alternatives if an item wasn't available. Our gifts were all delivered free of charge a few days before our wedding and were all beautifully gift wrapped. Our guests even commented on how easy it was to shop from our list. Would definitely recommend to anyone opening a wedding list :)

We had our wedding list in Alana interiors & the staff were fantastic, they couldn't have been more helpful. We love the cafe too, the scones are definitely a must!

Recently bought the beautiful grey sleigh bed, brilliant service from ordering to delivery and I didn't even have to build it x the bed itself is perfect, strong, sturdy and stunning �

I've been in previously for coffee and dessert... always delicious. Had lunch for the first time the other day and it was brilliant. Good service, good food, even the kids meal was fantastic.. highly recommended.

I'm so impressed! My dad bought some Nicholas Mosse pottery and Alana Interiors shipped it over to me. They had taken so much care with the wrapping but unfortunately there was a small chip on one of the mugs. Lots of businesses would claim that wasn't their problem but AI immediately sent a new mug with no quibbles. The communication throughout from Aimee was perfect. Thank you!!

I love the whole store but Cafe Alana has just launched a new Gluten Free range. The choice of "treats" for Coeliacs is brilliant, Roulade, German Biscuits, Carrot Cake, Lemon Cake, Caramel Squares and Rocky Roads which are to die for! There are many more which I haven't mentioned because they contain coconut , which I detest, but no doubt they are beautiful too. There are always gluten free options available in the soup, snack and main course ranges for those of us with "awkward" dietary requirements. Carol thank you so much for your time and help on Friday 20th Feb. Be back soon.

Have been to Alana on many occasions, breakfast, lunch and even a wee treat in the afternoon treat. The food is out of this world. Scones, traybakes, amazing desserts. The lunch menu is brilliant, and so many choices of homemade produce. Service is great, love having lunch in Alana. Food is always piping hot. You need to go for a amazing experience. If I could, I would not think twice about going everyday. The price is very reasonable for the quality of the produce. We just love it. Could eat on of those scones right now lol 5* plus

Great day here☕️ would like to thanks all the staff in the caffe for the wonderful food,drinks,and little treats. Really recommend this place for catch up with friends&family defiantly will be back. Also this caffe has gluten free buns and low fat food so for the people who can't eat gluten or on a diet I highly recommend alana interior.

Five stars to Alana herself!! The lovely customer assistant who took the time to beautifully gift wrap a cosmetic item I bought today for a friend - was very impressed! 👏

Been coming here since you first opened, always for the coffee ie: mocha, as I honestly have tried every other town & no one can beat Alana''s. The service from the girls is top class & the food is delicious, as for the clothes etc they are all stunning & I love coming here as much as I can

Always enjoy my visits to Alana's Interiors. Find the food in restaurant delicious, and good value for money. Love to go around the store as there is so much to see and admire. Especially like the fashion department, and to treat myself at the confectionery counter. A great way to spend some pleasant time with friends!

All the times i have been in lurgan i had never been to Alana... but yesterday a friend and myself had breakfast here... absolutely first class service girls where so friendly and oh my those scones are to die for. I will deff be back.

I went there on Thursday 4th January with my wife and daughter on recommendation that the scones were to die for!! Disappointment - no scones even though it was before 3.00 in the afternoon. To add to the disappointment the selection of tray bakes was minimal.

On the plus side the staff were friendly and the coffee was quite good as well.

Disappointed, and I doubt that I will be back �

Myself and my friends are regular customers of Alana Interiors and have never had a bad word to say about the cafe, however today after our lunch we then wanted desserts and coffees we ordered the roulade as soon as it was set on my plate I found it had a foul smell when I sat down and tasted it I knew the cream had gone sour so I discreetly brought it back up to the girl at the till who was lovely and said she would say to the kitchen staff and offered me to choose something else. My friend then tried her peice of roulade and thought the exact same thing, we all had young babies with us so my friend called the girl at the till down and told her she thought their was something not right with her dessert again she was lovely and brought it back into the kitchen. As we where then enjoying our coffees a member of the kitchen staff came storming down to our table being very defensive telling us there was nothing wrong with the roulade claiming everything was fresh, she spoke to us in a very unprofessional manner and was very rude to us then stormed off! We where all very taken back by her behaviour and to make things worse the kitchen staff kept peering out of the kitchen window making us feel very intimidated I've never experienced bad customer service like this in my life. Extremely disappointed and we will not be back.
