Great furniture

I always enjoy my visits to Alexanders. The store is fab especially, during the festive season. While lovely, it is over priced.
Another reason, for my three star rating, if the total came to £50.03, they would ask for the 3p, so me this is not the proper way to treat customers. It's probably a country 'notion., but a real one.
Also, staff at the front door counter can be a bit 'offish', I've noticed a girl with long black hair who can be particularly distance to a point of rudeness.

Superb store where the staff go the extra mile. If you want customer service this is the place to go
