Align Pilates & Physiotherapy

Align is run by 2 NHS physiotherapists, with many years clinical experience in a variety of settings. We provide bespoke Pilates classes, 121 Pilates and Physiotherapy for all age ranges.

Align pilates & physiotherapy brings together 3 physiotherapy colleagues who having used pilates in the clinical setting believe in its therapeutic value to the general public. We provide matwork classes in Carrickfergus and Ballyhackamore which are thoughtfully planned, individualised and most of all fun and relaxed.
