Bootcamp will be starting next Tuesday at 7pm this will be a six week transformation with two classes per week (Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm). This will include diet sheets, weekly weigh in and photos of your progress sent to you. Get in touch for further details and to secure your place as there will be limited places with this thanks
