It has been so lovely to work with the staff and parents of Knocknagor Primary School Trillick this week delivering Action Mental Health #HealthyMe Mental Health & Emotional Well-being programme. Healthy Me is funded by Parenting NI #FamilyWellness programme.
To have healthy children they must be surrounded by healthy adults; so we also deliver our awareness programmes to staff and parents as well as the children.
Really looking forward to meeting & working with P6 & P7 nex...t week.

Such an amazing organisation that supports so many and helps them gain confidence to find their voice and overcome the fear of using it. Those who don't stammer or know someone who stammer should educate themselves on the daily challenges to just even ask for a coffee. Imagine not being able to say your name and someone making a joke of you because of it.....What is that doing to you mental health Action Mental Health

Today is #WorldSuicidePreventionDay A day for remembering those who have lost their struggle & supporting those who are trying to fight. Sometimes that fight is to hard so it's important that we are there to be a light in their darkness and help them find a way forward to a brighter day.
