It doesn't seem that long ago from when I had Harry in for his newborn photos. It was so lovely to have this family in my studio again.

When 3 become 4 💗

Just before the newest family member arrived 💙😍

I’ve been a little hesitant in posting this. So much so it has sat in my drafts for quite a while. Thinking about what to say and trying to wrap my head around what is going. Life just doesn’t seem real right now and I keep expecting to wake up from this. 😔
I am heartbroken. My little business that I have poured my heart and soul into over the past few years is having to close its doors for a little while. It hurts even more that there is nothing I can do to prevent this, but... as I’ve said before, safety is my number one priority and that is why I have to do my bit.
I’ve had restless nights and tears have been shed, whilst living in a state of limbo. As a precautionary measure I had pushed my sessions to different dates later in this month and taking each day as it comes, but with recent government guidelines these new dates will have to be postponed to later dates. I have made all my clients booked in up to the end of April aware of this. I still have editing to catch up on and those gallery viewings can be shown online via video call or you can wait until things calm down. I hate to let anyone down but we have to battle this together. I’m trying to keep any positive thoughts at the forefront of my mind and I urge you to do the same. It’s a testing time right now.
One thing I ask you to do is support your local businesses. Anyone from your local butchers to a local musician. Support in any form, be that a purchase, comment, share or even a Google review. If you are self-employed and own your own business or know someone who is, leave a comment with your business page/details and let us know what you do.
I count myself extremely lucky for all the amazing and supportive clients that have passed through my door so far and for those that I have yet to meet. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for choosing me to capture all these memories! I cannot wait to open my doors again, hopefully sooner than we expect. I’ll keep posting photos so you see a little less doom and gloom online and to hopefully brighten your day a little!

To make light of our current situation regarding the covid-19 pandemic and stock piling I saw only fit to introduce you to one of our original studio features. Providing clean hands in the studio since before the hype!
I know this is a serious matter but I wanted to put a smile on your face this Friday afternoon!
Please know that a high level of cleanliness has always been a priority within my studio. As I work mainly with small children and newborn babies health and safety... is a huge factor and this is not something I take lightly.
Those who I have had the pleasure of meeting will know how clean my studio is. My studio is deep cleaned at the end of every day (sometimes more than once). As an extra precaution to safeguard my clients I will be increasing the deep clean to after ever session.
If for any reason you feel slightly unwell (even a cold) and are due to come into my studio please get in touch with me as your session will need to be rearranged to a later date. This is something that I already implement but I want to reiterate this.
If you have any worries, or queries do not hesitate to get in touch. Let’s look out for one another and help keep everyone safe by doing our bit.
