The practice provides counselling /psychotherapy support on a one to one basis for young people age 16 to adults. We provide counselling support for a range of issues including depression, anxiety, substance misuse, stress, work related stress and staff care, relationship and family issues, bereavement, anger, loneliness, life transitions and personal development.

In addition the practice provides counselling supervision with a BACP Accredited supervisor and external management and staff care support services for business, community /voluntary agencies.

The therapists are accredited and registered with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
