💚My name is Theresa and I work in the Keady area. I have been with Ann's almost 3 years.
💙I heard about Ann's Home Care through a friend who already worked for the company and I was delighted to have been offered a job to work with them.
... 💚With the help of Ann's I have successfully completed my level 2 in Health and Social care and I am currently working towards completing my level 3.
💙When I am not working, I spend my free time with my four children enjoying outdoor activities. I also enjoy getting to the gym!
💚I love working for Ann's; knowing that I am helping to keep our clients in the own home is very rewarding. It also helps that the office is very supportive and offer guidance to ensure our clients are well looked after.
💙I feel I am lucky to work with a great team of carers in Keady!

💚My name is Margaret Weir and I am the Team Leader for the Tandragee area. I have been working for Ann’s for 25 years, before that I worked in a care home.
💙I have two children and a grandson who I love to spend a lot of time with.
... 💚When I am not working I enjoy going to the gym and for walks. I love going on holidays and I aim to travel to a different destination every time.
💙I enjoy being a team leader as I get to meet and keep in contact with all our clients and help to ensure that the team are delivering the high level of care that is expected by Ann’s.
💚Throughout the years standards and delivery of care has improved. Ann’s value giving attention to clients individual needs and this is what I work to promote within my team.
💙I believe it is so important to focus on being a team’ positivity breeds positivity and it’s important to maintain high level of care and ensure the girls are supported in their work and feel happy. For an area to be a success it is important to have a good manager and also for the team to have the support they need.

💚My name is Patsy McGrath and I am a full time carer in the Coalisland area. I am a proud mother of 5 children and 5 grandchildren. I began my career in Home Care back in the 1970’s in America before coming back to settle in Ireland with my husband to raise our children. Once the children started school, I started back to work as I enjoyed the work and had missed it.
💚Before working for Ann’s I did work for other agencies. However, having been with Ann’...s for over 10 years I believe it is the best company to work for. Ann’s as a whole company are far more caring and ensure that staff are looked after our clients’ needs are met.
💙I find working as a carer is very rewarding, I love getting up in the morning and knowing that I am going to deliver the best care I can to my clients and hopefully make a positive difference to their day.
💚As well as working for Ann’s, I also provide respite for children with learning disabilities, this is something I am very proud
