Maternity Reflexology with Bridgid was amazing. I would recommend her professional and calming ways to any expectant mother. I felt truly relaxed throughout the session. The changes I have noticed in my body since have been remarkable

Just recieved an amazing most relaxing reflxology treatment from bridig she is just fantastic and relaxed every muscle in my body .I felt great after it thankyou so much bridig i will most definity be back and would reccommend everyone should treat themselves to a wee visit to bridig

Just had the KCR treatment and I feel great! I suffer from migraine & after just 1 session the difference in my whole body is amazing! I recommend this to anyone! Bridgid is fantastic!x

Just had a kcr treatment and reiki, just fantastic. Had been suffering a little tightness in my lower back & the kcr treatment made it feel great, Reiki was just soo relaxing, thanks Bridget x

Both have been an experience I will certainly repeat...for those of you who suffer from restricted movement aching joints tight muscles ...Kinetic Chain Release is an experience you MUST have...For Facial Reflexology this was a most relaxing calming treatment, in a most beautiful relaxed environment...

I had 3 sessions of the Advanced Facial Reflexology with Anora Holistics and was completely blown away. It was a journey of healing, discovery and total and utter relaxation. For anyone who hasn't tried this treatment I would highly recommend it, each session brought something new and different and I feel like a new woman! From walking into the premises and the relaxing smells, to the lovely welcome I received every time, to the gorgeous relaxing atmosphere and fabulous professional service it was amazing. If you haven't been, you should really experience this gorgeous place <3

I got a taster session of KCR with Rory yesterday at the Holistic fair and I absolutely loved it. I could not believe the pops of my joints going back into line. Well definitely be making an appointment.��

I got a taster of KCR at holistic fair yday with rory and i cannot reccommend it enough! Made me feel at ease and the buzz i had after the body stretch was amazing! Ill definetly be booking an appointment for full treatment.

Had opportunity to have reflexology with Brigid yesterday @ Killyhevlin Hotel....... Fantastic - will defiantly be making an appointment very soon!

Had maternity reflexology done today and it was so relaxing, would definality recommend Bridgit, it was a lovely experience.

Had full body massage from Rory. Excellent treatment in beautiful surroundings. Would totally recommend this place and and Rory as an excellent massage therapist.

From the moment you step through the door and meet with Bridgid, you are immediately filled with a sense of wellbeing and total relaxation. I loved my aromatherapy facial and would highly recommend it to others. I left totally chilled out and my skin felt so cleansed and revived. Thank you so much, Bridgid.

So far I've only had reflexology, an Indian head massage and lymph drainage reflexology (can't wait to add more to the list) but found every treatment as good as the last! Always leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and revitalised! such magic healing hands oh and not to mention her homemade blended Epsom Salts for the bath, they absolutely work wonders! Pity I can only rate you 5 stars B! Xx

I had reflexology throughout my pregnancy and it worked wonders and also believe it helped bring on my labour as I was nearly 10 days overdue and i went into labour naturally following a treatment. I returned again after giving birth and have never felt more relaxed. I would recommend to everyone she's a very gifted and special lady.
