The sight of smokers (patients and visitors) standing at the main entrance to a hospital is awful. The pile of cigarette butts on top of the bins is disgusting. I thought all units in the Northern Trust were supposed to be a Smoke Free zone?

My sister was a patient for two days in your hospital in September, and I would like to say I was so impressed with the care she received from everyone.Everyone was caring, kind and above all exemplary medical care, which enabled her to go with me for a sister reunion in Scotland .I am from Canada and if this is the NHS at work you have no problem.Thank you again.

Superb peds! Chris and nurse whose name I can't quite remember now, were fantastic! Made my little boys experience relaxed and inviting, we where seen quickly and my son was even given a teddy bear to which he is stuck to now. Thank you!

I was admitted via emergency on Monday afternoon and I was treated immediately. I was taken to a lovely new unit for assessment where the staff were really great. I was seen and in a bed well within 4 hours. This is the second time I've spent in AAH and i couldn't fault my both stays. I am now back home and will no doubt be admitted again for surgery. I know I'll be treated well. Great Doctors, terrific nurses, cleaning staff do a first class job - the hospital is spotless. AND, the food is great too. Really. Thank you for making my stay a pleasant one. Especially since i was in so much pain.

Horrible rude staff! Worst hospital along with their staff in northern Ireland! The doctors and nurses I'm not sure if they are qualified as none seem to know what they are doing!

I was cared for there very recently in the ICU following head injury.

I have some nursing experience of my own in hospitals around the UK in the past - and can only say that the care I received was next to none.

Superb.

I cannot speak highly enough of the the staff of all levels / grades and professions. And the hard working little lady I said I'd make matron. She performed a most vital service - cleaning and seeing we got our meals. A saintly woman.

I have to apologise for my own behaviour at times to all nursing staff. I was somewhat confused / erratic and not always compliant with the best advice of the nurses - making their lives more difficult.

I miss the place already. I miss the staff - so friendly.

I THANK YOU with all my heart for helping save a life.

I continue to improve thanks to your excellent care.

Money does not pay for what health care staff provide. It cannot.

But any more would help - so take note politicians. Might be yours one day - life being saved.

God bless every one of you at Antrim Area Hosp - your families - and in time of need may you too find your angel of mercy.

I am gratefully and deeply humbled to have known you.

Well done Antrim Area Hosp. Center of Excellence. :)
