Apache Pizza Portadown

Very slow delivery time, waited over an hour before calling, was told it would be there in five minutes. Food didn't arrive for another twenty minutes (about as long as it takes from my address to the shop). When the food arrived the sides weren't warm. The chips were both undercooked and soggy from being in taped closed cardboard box (bad choice of container!)

Pizza was alright.

Terrible meal last night.....pizza undercooked and cold and the chips were raw....it was as if they hadnt even been fryed. Very disappointed as i used to love their food. Unlikely i would be back.

Pizza was ok nothing special..my gripe was my pizza was £8.99 so when i went to pay she said wev no pennies so gave me a penny short..yes its only a penny but not my problem give me 2p or 5p if uv none!!!boss sacked a wee girl cause she asked him what time she was allowed to go home..she was only 16yrs old.tut tut..not be shopping here again

11/10 service would do again very quality service! Very dedicated to delivery

Absolutely terrible ordered on just eat was giving 23.45 estimated time and received a message at 11.15 to say order was on its way. Still no food by 00.15 so rang to see were it was only to be told that they didn't receive the order document and blameing the computer but then admitted that they had received the document only so they could cancel orders on the machines. The male I spoke to on the phone was also very cheeky and unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible. Wrong order, Russian roulette chips (1 in every 6 was raw and half were black), we were in Carrickmacross at the weekend and made a visit to Apache and it was excellent, decided to try Portadown on the assumption it would be the same
Menu items are completely different, will not be in a rush to order from Portadown again. On the plus side the order was rectified (after a lengthy wait) and staff are pleasant.
