**Class availability**
Hi everyone,
Just to let anyone know who messages wanting to join the classes that the main 10am morning and 6pm & 7pm evening classes can be unpredictable with attendances, ie many can be quite full but since the new 8pm class with Laura have started 5 nights a week there are spaces for any newcomers or beginners who wish to join, please PM if interested.

By the way there are two brand new treadmills arriving this Tuesday morning.😊💪

Happy one year gym anniversary to Lesley. Lesley has done so well since joining the gym, learning about nutrition to drop her body fat to a very healthy level plus has come along leaps and bounds with her weight training technique learning all of the lifts. Thank you for sticking by me Lesley.😊💪

A bit random but I was contacted about 3 months ago by a mutual follower and powerlifter on Instagram from the USA asking could he come to train with me as he was in Ireland, we had a great session over the weekend. That's the wonders and pros of the internet, meeting those around the world with the same interests, social media isn't all bad.
The cheesy smiles don't last long on Friday leg day, bring on the pain face!😂

Hi everyone,
I just thought I would give everyone a reminder of the group class timetable as I haven't done this for a while and I still get members turning up on a Tuesday and Thursday morning now and again of which there are no classes on these mornings. 😊
PS... While I am at it I just want to also give a polite notice that the group classes and one to one/ two personal training sessions are a separate payment scheme, ie those who come to the group classes pay a separate p...rice for private sessions either pay as you go or by the very reasonable bulk prices I offer, I have been getting a few members asking for one to one sessions for classes missed of which this is not possible and I am sorry, I don't wish to offend anybody by refusing. Thank you.

**Class timetable**
Monday, Wednsday and Friday at 10am
Monday to Friday at 6pm and 7pm.
Saturday morning at 9.30am.
Also the very successful new beginners/ newcomers classes taken by Laura continue to take place at 8pm Monday to Friday, beginners are welcome.

Agreed. This game isn't easy.
Paul Collins is a highly dedicated and knowledgeable trainer. He goes out of his way to help all his gym members. Great atmosphere in group classes. Can't recommend Paul highly enough.
