🌟 Warm up: A good warm up is more even more beneficial than ...stretching. We recommend fast walking for 4-5 minutes, or gentle jogging on the spot to get the muscles warmed up & the heat pumping.
🌟 Warm down: Following your run, perform some gentle stretches of your quads, hamstrings & calves for 10-20 minutes, holding each stretch for 20 seconds. This will help maintain flexibility & help prevent the onset of muscle soreness.

Sorted out my knee. Had an opperation on it which didnt fully work. Then I heard about here. Wasnt able to walk down stairs or steep hills when it was bad. Was even on difene tablets at one point. I am now doing triathlons and endurance races. They really changed my life!!!!

Professional, friendly, understanding, supportive - Have suffered severe migraine and headaches for over 15 years - thanks to Michelle have been migraine free for eight weeks and still going (had suffered weekly). I'm also expecting my first child so being treated drug free and machine free whilst pregnant was important.

Love Apex. They've fixed neck, arm and back problems for me and give 110% every time. Can't rate them highly enough.

Last Saturday, I had my first ever chiropody session with the lovely Narelle. I was hesitant about having my feet done but I was so impressed & I'll definitely be back again. My feet are good as new & ready for the summer! Highly recommend.

Just want to say a huge thanx you to Tim from apex for all the fantastic treatment and attention to my injury recently. I had entered into my 2 half belfast marathon, but got a ankle injury through running and training, after only 3/4 treatments with Tim, i was up and running and completed the half marathon yesturday and in great time. I really couldn't of got through it with out all of his help, I have been running marathons and half marathons now for a few years, and have been attending the Apex clinic over the past few years, the staff are all so friendly and welcoming every time, I would recomend Apex to anyone with a sports injury or in need of phiso or massag, keep the fantastic work up guy's, ur all stars in my eye's.

I would recommend anyone with migraine and/or vertigo to give this clinic a try- they are simply fantastic and go above and beyond for their clients. My migraine and vertigo issues have improved dramatically since beginning treatment with Nicole.

I started coming to Apex Physio Clinic from January 2016 with back,shoulder and neck pain after a car accident. Receptionists are very welcoming. Michelle is my physio and she worked wonders on me. I attended every couple of weeks to keep my back right and then started spreading the visits out to months. Michelle is very understanding and is very good to squeeze you in for an appointment even if she is fully booked! I would highly recommend trying here before anywhere else and will continue to attend here while living in Belfast. :)

I have been to many physiotherapists.. even been referred to NHS. Booked first thing in the morning to see if i could get a massage for I was so tensed shoulders and neck. Apex got back to me straight away with an appointment. I seen Alice, she was so informative and knowledgeable and performed massage pressure points etc. For the first time in months I feel so relieved and like she hit a button and all the tightness disappeared.
