If you have an apple product or looking for one, then this is the place in belfast to go to. Have always found staff helpful. It's good to see all product under one roof

Quickly said the product was faulty - issued a new one - no nonsense
Offered loads of additional help regarding expanding our use of the products
Only issue which isn't their fault is - trying to park a van anywhere near Victoria Square

I have been in this store several times, but I haven't had got a single on-time appointment or consulting. They are always late, or doing something else that extend the waiting time more that 40 minutes most of the time. This is unacceptable for a Apple Store. I hope the sore manager or the UK Supervisor for Apple Ltd. will read this review and will take some actions. Moreover, I don't believe that that representatives there are doing a good job on customer service. They are normally rude and try to argue if you say that they are late. They just don't assume their mistakes or problems. Unbelievable that some Apple store hire these class of people.

Staff are only helpful when you book an appointment DO NOT ACCEPT WALK INS and when you do get an appointment they're always 20 mins late seeing you....

Service is good, whenever you finally received some. Often understaffed at busy times, with appointments running quite late. Could use some direction or queuing system as it's a bit of a free for all.

Okay from reading a lot of the reviews, there's a lot of crusty old people complaining over very simple things, that could be fixed by them organising themselves better.
Anyway, my complaint is that even with a Genius Bar appointment, I waited far too long, almost 2 hours. Not cool
