New handrail, baserail and newel posts fitted on this one. Old timber was all removed and fitted with new pine trim for a much more modern look.
Two custom built cupboards and box shelf done for a customer.
Another glass stairscase finished of. Newel posts replaced with oak, oak handrail and baserail, stainless steel brackets and the customer added his own funky colour changing lights

Supplied and fitted this beautiful hardwood door last year. Was back today doing a job and seized the opportunity to get a few pics of it all painted.
It’s fencing season! I recently finished this 6ft fence. It is a beautiful finish as the boards overlap one another. The old fence was removed and boundary moved 2.5m. The new fence was built using 5x5 concrete posts and boarded for complete privacy. I love this finish, looks very smart. Thanks for choosing Approved Joinery
Have you ever wanted that perfect man cave or the perfect space to entertain, well look no further! Recently converted a shed into a bar. It is fully insulated and finished in an industrial theme, including OSB walls and ceiling along side part cladded t&g. All ready for painting, just need the sunshine to provide the perfect hosting. Doesn’t it look great? I wouldn’t mind one myself. A very happy customer! If anyone needs any advice to make use of space, whether it is the garden or inside your home. Please don’t hesitate to ask. Built in wardrobes done last week, custom built shelving, deck and hanging space inside all finished with 4 walnut shaker style doors
8 new doors hung, full door stops and new architrave fitted
Hall and living room floor laid recently, new skirting fitted throughout
This beautiful staircase was done just before Christmas. The old staircase was cladded in solid oak and glass fitted to finish it off. Really pleased with the way this turned out. Nice walnut floor fitted along with new MDF skirting and architrave
A large 16x10 garden room built, it has been fully insulated and wired for use as an office. All built with 18mm cladding, EPDM rubber roof and UPVC windows and doors. Have really enjoyed building this over the last week, many thanks for choosing Approved Joinery

Would def recommend Ryan. He done a fantastic job on my new kitchen. He is easy to pay and considering I was only looking to refurb kitchen originally the price Ryan gave us we were able to get full new kitchen. He was always on time and keeps you informed of everything happening. Will definitely have more jobs in house to be done and will be asking Ryan to do it. Thanks again.

Ryan replaced our gate at the side of our house. Great job from start to finish, listened to what we wanted and helped us chose what was right for us. Finished product looks amazing and a smartens up the front of the house!thanks again Ryan!
Ryan put up two gates at the sides to our garden to keep our little one in last week. He came out to quote and measure up as soon as we had contacted him. His work is super and he is very skilled at what he does. He tidied up after himself and his rates are very reasonable. We would have no hesitation recommending him. Ryan made some shelves for a walk in cupboard and also a TV unit/shelves. Professional from the outset, very easy to deal with and reliable. The work has been performed to a high standard, we love the TV unit especially. Ryan really listened to what we wanted and delivered. Hopefully he will be working on setting our kitchen straight in the near future! Ryan also kindly skimmed a door for us while he was here - true gent (thank you!).

Ryan did an excellent job clearing my old fence that was torn apart by bad weather & installed new posts & new fence. He worked hard from early morning through until it was finished, even through awful rain. Overall a quality job. Would 100% recommend & use again.
Ryan completed a huge bit of decking and fixed the gate onto the drive all which was done to a high standard! We are more than happy with our transformation in the garden! Ryan came this morning as promised at 8.30am ,to put a fence up & make a gate in our rear garden & didn’t take a break & it poured with rain all day & Ryan continued to work ! His work is exceptional & he’s so precise & tidy I just wish all workmen were like him such a nice friendly guy, will def have Ryan back & will certainly recommend him to family & friends !! I had Ryan designed and built me a dressing room, from our first meeting I could not fault a thing. He was on time and explained in great detail everything that was going to happen.

Delighted with our new fence and gate, can't recommend Approved joinery enough, very careful to ensure everything is exactly the way you want it, very fast worker and very high standard of work, great communication, will never use any other joiner again other than Approved Joinery!
Delighted with my custom build shelving, Ryan listened to what I wanted and built it for me. A very clean and tidy worker. I will definitely call on Ryan again when I need some work done.
Can honestly say Ryan is one of the easiest guys to work with. A very professional gentleman who was polite and courteous. Ryan has now completed work both inside (slide robes) and outside (7ft fence) of our home to an incredibly high standard (pictures on his Facebook page). Can't recommend Approved Joinery enough, its nice to have a company you can deal with who arrive on time (both times 8.00am), take little to no breaks (the man doesn't even drink tea!), stay within budget and can work around you. Hopefully we'll use Ryan again in the future for other projects around the home.
Booked Ryan for a couple of jobs and he has surpassed expectations on every count. Always responds to messages and listened to what we had in mind. Would recommend him to anyone and have done since getting work completed. Ryan himself is a gentleman and couldn't be more polite. Excellent company.
A 1st class service from start to finish. Ryan was called for a quote after I'd been let down by another builder. He promptly visited my home and quoted within a few days. Ryan, Dean (Spark) Jonathan (plasterer) all arrived promptly each day and worked til late. I had a wall removed, rewired, plastered and new kitchen fitted. Excellent .. Couldn't fault and highly recommend! If only all workmen were like Ryan and his team! Thank you!
