With a background in gymnastics and dance Nadine was introduced to Pilates at age 15 as a means to recover from injury. Having fallen in love with the method she continued to practice Pilates throughout her life and went on to gain her Level 3 Pilates Instructor Certification through the world renowned Body Control Pilates in 2014.
Arabesque was founded in November 2014 providing both group and individual matwork sessions to the public in and round the London area. Corporate programs are also available along with distance teaching if required.
Arabesque caters for all levels of fitness as Nadine firmly believes that everyone can benefit from increasing the amount of movement within their daily lives.

Today is International Women’s Day and I think it’s about time that women stop competing with each other over the smallest thing and remember that what appears on the surface may not always be the truth! Everyone needs a cheerleader once in a while, it might not be the most convenient timing for you, we are all busy and being pulled in a million directions but always remember to look out for your friends, they might never have the strength to ask for the help they need but a single message or call could make all the difference

One year ago today I got up at 5am to watch the sunrise and drink coffee on a beach in Tulum with one of the most inspirational women I have ever met and am lucky enough to call a friend. It’s crazy the difference a year can make!
Sundays are for puppy walks, yoga and coffee with friends!
Dreaming of beautiful sunsets, ice cold vino, stunning views and gorgeous friends! I promised myself I would invest more time seeing the world this year and so far I’ve started well! Where to next?!?!

The countdown is on!! Officially 32 days until I get to workout and laugh uncontrollably with this goddess again! But this time it’s in Dubai! Can’t wait to see you my love!! Some people just make you smile no matter what!
2018 is officially here and upon reflection on 2017 there appears to be a few major themes that reoccur quite frequently!! Coffee, handstands, family, friends, travel and now my puppy @peanut_mini_dachshund It hasn’t been an easy year but I refuse to focus on the negatives but rather see everything as a learning experience.

The most constant relationship in my life appears to come steaming hot and in a cup!! Sunday’s are definitely my favourite day of the week and today started with puppy cuddles and coffee and now I’m off to yoga with @rrdelargy @flowstudiobelfast Perfect Sunday morning

Super busy Saturday with a puppy who decided it was play time when I tried to leave the house (before I’d had any caffeine!) 🤦♀️ Studio, admin, errands, hairdressers then cocktails!!
Beyond excited to go to @harrypotterworldofficial with @leaamiri for my birthday!! It’s totally acceptable to take a full day off work and pretend to be a wizard when your over 30 right?!!
Some places steal your heart and feel like home no matter how long or short your time may have been there. I lived in Parsons Green for 3 years and I miss it and the amazing people I met there every day!! I almost cried when this stunning personalised print arrived, bringing a little bit of SW6 to Belfast!
