π΅β« Club Meeting - Tuesday 14 May, 7.30pm β«π΅
Armagh City Football Club is committed to providing the fullest opportunities for boys, girls, men and women to participate in football, from grassroots to elite level. The club has always been committed to being open to the whole community, and to offering opportunities to locals to build and represent the club on a local, national and international basis. Since Milford Evertonβs move to the city 30 years ago, we have developed fac...ilities at Holm Park that have hosted underage international football and top flight Irish League football, not to mention the hundreds of youth and senior players who represent the team on a weekly basis.
In order to grow and ensure that Armagh City FC remains a strong and vibrant entity for the local area, we urgently need new volunteers to lend their support to make our goals a reality. We have grown into a club with wide-ranging elements: our numerous youth and senior teams are the lifeblood of our football club; our clubhouse and Holm Park are the physical spaces we call home.
To continue supporting these two elements we must restructure club operations across ACFC, and we need further support in the following areas:
β½ Administration β½ Licensing β½ Club maintenance β½ Commercial management β½ Fund-raising β½ Coaching β½ Matchday hosting (turnstiles, stewarding)
To help us take the right steps to achieving these goals, we would urge anyone who thinks they may have something to offer to come along to the clubhouse next Tuesday evening (14 May) at 7.30pm. Even if you could only offer an hour a week or every fortnight, that would be an amazing help! We would particularly encourage parents and relatives of players active in our youth section to engage, as it is our young people who stand to benefit most from the club we are able to build. Whether you have formally been involved before at Armagh City, or any other club, your attendance and willingness to make a difference will be most welcome. Alternatively, if you prefer to get in touch via a direct message or email info@armaghcityfc.co.uk, please do not hesitate to do so.

NEWS | Joe Kerr has stepped down as Armagh City first team manager π΅β«
The former City youth coach's two-year tenure ends a week after securing the club NIFL Premier Intermediate League status with wins in each of the last two games of the season.
City Chairman John Hynds paid tribute to the former Cliftonville defender, stating, "I've known Joe for many years having played with him a long time ago, and I know how much time and effort he put in while manager - a task made all the more difficult given the need to build a team from scratch when he took up the reigns. The club thanks Joe and wishes him all the very best for the future".

RESULT | Annagh United 0-2 Armagh City π΅β«
β½ Shea Campbell β½ Conor McAnallen
... City secured their #BluefinSptPIL status this afternoon with a 2-0 win at Annagh United, which saw City leapfrog Lurgan Celtic to finish 10th.
Attacking from the off, City grabbed an early lead from the penalty spot as Shea Campbell duly obliged after Andy Wilson was fouled inside the area.
In a frantic first half there were plenty of chances at either end, but City went in ahead at the break and doubled their lead midway through the second half when Conor McAnallen grabbed his first goal for the club to calm City nerves.
Campbell, Stefan McKenna and Ryan Corrigan all had further chances but it finished 2-0 at a blustery Tandragee Road as the Eagles produced back-to-back wins to steer clear of relegation.
After the game City chairman John Hynds made a special presentation to Shea Campbell to mark his 200th appearance for the club, marked by that all important 84th goal for City.
