Love taking my daughter here. Friendly helpful staff make the experience for us.

I would have been giving it a 1 only for Daire Mallon. What a guy. A shining star in a dark sky. Brings a smile to customers faces even after the worst of movies. Needs an urgent promotion to Managing Director of the entire Omniplex chain- rumours are he's in talks with Armagh County board to take over as manager of the senior men next year so you better snap him up asap. Upwards of £42,000 per annum essential.

User

Great customer service when we arrived from staff members James and Megan on sat 20th May at 8pm

User

Last few visits to this tiny, cute cinema have been great. Friendly staff who've been very helpful whilst providing quick service. Comfy seating and cosy, small cinema screens. I'm really preferring Armagh Omniplex rather than the larger more impersonal cinemas found everywhere these days. A building with great character and it's a delightful experience to see a movie here.

User

Friendly guy at the counter the last 2 times made it better helpful and friendly

User

Went till see 50 shades £3.50 i think it was for bag of sweets very dear movie was good until 3 drunk girls came in making a wrecket ( how they were even allowed to buy tickets was beyond me) coughing loudly for ages giggling talking 2 eventually left while one stayed n continued to make noise then other 2 came in shouting her name till come out took her ages till get up n go out! Sud never have been let in till distrupt ppl when they were in dat state!!

User

The service is great, but the seating in the screening rooms badly needs updating. Seats are too hard and uncomfortable to endure a 2 hour+ movie...

User

Staff ok, not overly friendly but not rude either.

The toilets would need seriously cleaned the smell of them goes the whole way up the hall and are vomit inducing, in general it should be a tad cleaner and tidier for appearance and hygiene reasons. A little weird i couldnt buy a small bottle of water as apparently they dont scan separately as they are only for kids treat boxes ...?? Will be back I'm sure but definitely won't be using the toilets or generally inhaling while walking the corridors.

User

Me and my son Charlie went to see Thor on Sunday evening and we had a good time and the staff where helpful.

User

I don't understand how you can get away the prices of the snacks. It is seriously ridiculous. I am glad it is only me and my husband going and most times I would rather not have nothing than pay that price. Also while at the cinema on Saturday night , a couple arrived just film.was due to start and found someone else was sitting in their seats and was told to.sit somewhere else. It was in front of where we were sitting. There was another couple sitting further along the row . The guy had his two legs hanging over the seat in front of him , like he was lying on the sofa at home and also told the couple to.sit somewhere else , There was plenty of seats but I booked a specific seat , I would expect to be allowed to sit in it. Despite this we still enjoyed the film but I wanted to pass comment on this as it annoyed me.

User

Check ur seat before you sit down my husband jeans destroy in chewing gum..

User

Although the movie had a fault and we were unable to watch it. I contacted the management and got reimbursed. Hopefully, the fault will be resolved for the next time.

User

Was served warm, flat coke. Staff response "oh yes, we are trying a new recipe". In what world is a warm flat soft drink a new recipe? Ridiculous.

User

Started badly when I spent £15 for snacks and asked for an empty popcorn bag as they were really full and could divide up for kids. Was told no "they are counted every evening" ??. Anyway after 14 minutes of trailers movie came on but big lights stayed on, eventually someone went and asked for them to be turned off. And the worst thing- place was freezing and cold air kept blowing on. All our hands and noses were like ice. Few people had to wrap coats round them. Won't be back.

User

My First time at Armagh Omniplex in years on Saturday night and the heat in screen 2 was crazy! It's the middle of July, not really any call for it! My sweets that I paid a fortune for where melted within a few minutes!! Think I'll stick with Newry in the future!

User

had booked tickets for a show on sun night past and we were 10mins late and doors were locked cudnt get in and rang the cinema but no answer have sent emails aswell looking a refund and no reply bk totally disgrace

User

Overpriced dirty kip. Lacks proper management, mop, bucket, vacuum, polish, duster and scrubbing brush

User

Extremely rude staff. Booked tickets online and after queuing for 10 minutes for a drink, the woman checking the tickets went and got a man who only just arrived and didn't want to queue his popcorn and drinks, despite telling a pregnant 5 minutes before that if she wanted anything she'd have to join the back of the queue which was out out the door and thats just the way it was.

User

After spending £31 to take my fiancée out I regret every minute of it the screen was far to warm and I actually nearly fell asleep. The cinema needs to sort out its heating in the screens. My fiancée and myself where both uncomfortable and if it want for the fact of how much I spent I would have got up and left
