Thanks so so much to the people that called in on Saturday, lovely meeting new faces, we did some yoga, had some tea and had really lovely chats and I definitely had too many buns. So we ticked all the boxes 😉

A little bit for everyone in our flow yoga class.. Yesterday I had the craziest day at work and the most wonderful evening at the studio.
Having the opportunity to teach yoga is such a privilege and so soul healing for me you wouldn't believe it.

Morning gentle flow starts tomorrow at 11am with magz. No better way to start the weekend!

Marina is an excellent teacher with great understanding of people ability class, clear explanation of movement how helps and advice on how to improve. I am enjoying her classes and seeing an improvement already!

Lovely instructor very helpful and patient in a lovely relaxed and cosy setting.

Great class, great teacher, a time to connect with yourself. I’d like to do it more often.

First class tonight. Marina is a patient tutor with a gentle approach. Lovely studio, central location. Try it out!
