Asda Strabane Superstore

Great shop lovely staff. I love Asda.

Good shop, good value a putty about the staff, the ladies at self service till were far too busy talking to give any customer service or help.

Absolutely superb. One of the best stores in NI. Staff v friendly, helpful, etc. Great range. Still shocked when I look at how much I got for so little. Good wee restaurant upstairs too.

Huge supermarket. Pretty much covers everything.

They also have a cheap (but decent) cafe, and excellent public toilets / baby changing facilities.

Absolutely no customer care.
I was in your store in Strabane on Monday 15th August and the customer service is non-existent. I was buying a microwave and asked a lad to lift it down of the shelf for me which he did and just handed it to me. I had to carry it downstairs to pay for it myself. Then after the confusion over the price the girl at the checkout did ask if I could manage it out. She said there were two lads at the door. I carried it over and asked if one of them would carry it out to the car for me. They looked at each other and one asked the other lad and he said he couldn't, the other lad carried it out begrudgingly. He muttered where was the car. They were not interested in helping. They weren't busy. I wont be back in a hurry. Shame on them.
