Slight twist on training this morning. Slieve Donard mountain conquered with Corey. 2500 calories later. Definitely a good long aerobic workout.
The sun must have bleached my hair!! 🙊

💥 6 Stone In 8 Months From Corey!!
Here we are back again with Corey his weight has now dropped from 299 pounds to 215 pounds with an over all waist measurement drop of over 12 inches.
Corey trains 1 time per week with me then the remainder of the time at the local commercial Gym Dock.
... Nutrition wise he’s tracking calories to make sure he’s within his range for weight loss, he has a balanced healthy diet and has his Chinese on a Saturday night to.
He’s very good at controlling his environment and doesn’t get controlled by it, consistent with what he is doing and that’s why he has a massive success story to date. There’s no wrong or right time for Corey to lose weight it’s just been all the time. I can’t doubt him no more, he will take it all the way to a lean state and I’ll be there to support him.
We are not stopping yet our goal is 7 stone 4 pounds. Let’s go!!

💥 Shout out to client Donna Marks on her 48.3 pound weight loss!! (3.4 Stone)
Donnas weight loss journey started at Christmas time, this is her on the left at her heaviest and on the right with her current weight.
Nothing overly complicated here, Donna comes along to my fitness Classes 2-3 times per week, outdoor walks and performs some cardio home workouts, she keeps me updated on her workouts by sending some snaps across, this helps keep her accountable and motivated.
... Nutrition wise Donna is sticking to the majority of the time whole foods while remaining to eat less than 2000 calories daily.
She goes on holidays next week so I’m sure she will enjoy being her new weight. There’s more to come though in the coming months.
