Yesterday the gears packed in on my road bike so took a chance and ran it down to athlos triathlon shop thinking it needed a new shifter. Within two sec Dominic had it diagnosed, up on the bike stand and fixed with a new cable...then gears reset and on my way before a change of the traffic lights out the front of the shop. TOP SERVICE Give them a shout for all your needs you won’t be disappointed

Without pressure. A very friendly/ knowledgable staff member helped me choose a suitable outer layer running top ....

Last minute decision on my part another member of staff also helped out for a very comfortable light weight/ mess base ball cap suitable for running ....

Very Impressed with knowledge of local running events etc ...

What a gem of a shop specializing in everything you might need for triathlon. If it’s professionalism you’re looking for and the highest quality brands you can’t go wrong here ! Mary Hickey found the super warm comfortable thermal running leggings and a very clever reflective harness with a strip of lights on front and back - just whats need for running in the fog

Went here on recommendation of a friend to buy my first open water swimming wetsuit. Adam was brilliant at helping to choose most suitable suit & took me through a series of stretches/ exercises to ensure the fit was good. You wouldn't get that level of expert advice & assistance in larger stores. Highly recommend.

The tri suit in white was a bit see through so I sent it back and a new one in black was sent to me the next day. The communication was friendly, professional and re assuring. I dont buy a great deal off the internet for more than £100 as I'm worried something might get 'lost' The chap I dealt with called Collin was fantastic. Hand on heart you can buy in 100% confidence from this company.

Ran in to shop in a panic as my gear for a winter OCR hadn’t arrived with the snow. Fantastic products, great advice and time spent discussing what would work best for me. The compressport socks and shorts are the best I have found by far!

Just started triathlon and have got the vast majority of my gear from these guys - good advice and ability to try on and similar prices to online. Staff go above and beyond to help you out. Would really recommend!

I called in today and initially thought it was a cycle shop only until I headed upstairs where I purchased a running jacket and shorts and a peaked cap, the service I received was 100 % and would highly recommend this shop to all cyclists and running enthusiastics.

Had my first run in my new trainers today, what a difference they made, even managed to push on a little bit further, thanks for all your help fitting me up with the perfect pair using the running machine, well worth it.

Got a new mtn bike here for my son's birthday. Great advice from Colin and Dominic regarding what size to go for based on my son's measurements. Great service and great price for a quality Ridgeback mx24. Highly recommend this bike my son loves it.

First class service, left the bike in which needed a bit of work done, bike was ready by the next morning and all at a really reasonable price. Have also got a couple of other bits and bobs from the shop which have always been at a competitive price! Top job, will definitely be back.

Fantastic service. Changed my rear cassette to transform my bike into a hill climber. Really friendly and explained everything.
