Well it’s not every week a Premiership legend walks in your door. Chris Samba formally of Blackburn, QPR and Aston Villa was in Belfast last week doing some of his managerial training and certifications. He got adjusted every week while playing for Blackburn, “it was just the norm” he said. Glad to help him out while he was here.

This is a great chat where Dr Ruscio talks about how our gut health can affect mood, joint pain, type 2 diabetes and depression. Our body is interconnected and health comes from looking after all our systems.

Thank you to all of our clients who helped us raise money. We were able to give cheques to The Stroke Assoc for £6300, The Regional Brain Injury at Musgrave Park received £1600 and the Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust £500. Total £8300. Thanks to everyone who helped us raise this amazing total including all the firefighters from Green Watch at Cadogen, we couldn’t have done this without them.

I had a great weekend away with some brilliant chiropractors from across Europe. Creating time to reflect, learn and plan is important not only in business, but our lives outside of work.

On Saturday 18th May we are holding an Open Day. This will give anyone who is unsure if chiropractic care is for them a chance to come to our practice, meet us and ask any questions they want. We will be doing FREE SPINAL AND POSTURE SCREENS on the morning for all those who want them.

Thank you to everyone who cheered us on, donated some money and encouraged us during the marathon yesterday. We all had a great day and more raised a significant amount of money for the Stroke Association.
