Old but quaint, room as described on website, breakfast was fab, best in a long time!

First time staying in a b and b always stayed in hotels and i honestly can't see the difference other than in price!! Can't find a fault at all, service is perfect, great stay and will definitely come back!!

My thoughts varied between a three star and four star, but settled on a three. Avarest is a good mid-level B & B, with comfortable rooms. Very quaint inside. Very friendly management and staff. Excellent location, overlooking dock and close to restaurants. Most acceptable breakfast in the morning. Would not hesitate to recommend.
