Wow! Just wow!!! From relatively early in my pregnancy i had terrible back pain and was reduced to tears with it most days. My sister in law recommended i try going to Carol (a colleague of hers) to see if she could help. I was very dubious, but willing to try anything at that point.

Carol was just lovely, I had a lovely relaxing hour - even though i was having needles stuck in me - and also lots of giggles. Because Carol is a midwife, I felt completely safe and secure in what she was doing.

The experience itself was fantastic, and to top it all off I bounced out of her chair and bent down to pick up my bag without even realising that i hadnt had to use my arms to push me up or that i was completely and utterly pain free (it must be witchcraft - there is no other explanation for how effective it was). I waltzed out of there like I'd never had back pain in my life - and it lasted throughout the rest of the pregnancy.

My only disappointment was that i was ill for the last few weeks of my pregnancy and baby also came 2 weeks early, so i didnt get back a second time like i had intended.!!

Take my advice, just go see this wonderful lady. You'll have a laugh, you'll get to relax - and she'll safely fix whatever issue you have!!

Went to Carol on Monday for moxibustion to try and turn breech baby.. got first treatment then and was given sticks to continue treatment at home twice a day... had a hospital appointment today and baby has turned (was sure I had felt it turn on Tuesday but didn't want to jinx myself) Was sceptical at first but highly recommend! Thanks again Carol!

I had an aromatherapy foot massage and acupuncture which normally I’d have been dreading....the very thought of needles � but at this stage I was open to anything and everything and soon realised I’d nothing to fear, it was fine!!! Cant recommend Carol enough. Was suffering very bad back pain towards the end of my pregnancy. Come my 40 weeks, i could hardly walk, drive or get in and out of my bed so at that stage i was getting very fed up and willing to try anything. I was told to try Carol so i txt her and by luck she had a cancellation that day so i gave it ago and never looked back. It was the best hour & money spent! Carol was very professional in her job and gave me oils to take home to the bath and when wakeneing the next morning i felt like a new woman, no more back pain an was able to move about alot more. I could not recommend Carol enough, I had severe headaches very early in pregnancy and after one session of acupuncture with some gorgeous aromatherapy oils, which I now use daily I am a new woman!

I could not recommend Carol enough, I had Hyperemesis verry early on in my pregnancy I had no engage and could not even keep water down I lost over a stone and I half and was admitted to hospital 6 times to be put on drips, I was put on so many different tablets and on steroids but nothing worked, on till I went to Carol it was amazing after a few visits I was starting to feel like me again I was able to eat and keep it down, she truly is amazing �

I attended Carol for two sessions to try and help alleviate symptoms of hyperemesis gravidarum. I have noticed a good improvement in my symptoms and have been able to reduce my medication significantly. Carol is very knowledgeable and I only wish I had known of her in my previous pregnancies. I would highly recommend her to anyone suffering this condition.

Had my first ever treatment today with Carol....it was great...Carol is so friendly and passionate about what she does and really helped put me at ease with any worries I had being a first time Mummy...I wish I had of visited sooner ��

Had both the acupuncture and aromatherapy with Carol...she couldn't have been any nice or more welcoming. Treatment was relaxing and very informative, would definitely recommend this ladies services ��

Got the acupuncture & aromatherapy treatment with Carol to aid some aches & pains. Was made to feel very relaxed and comforted by the fact that Carol is a midwife. Have been sleeping a lot better ever since having the treatments.

Carol you are amazing!!! From veryyyyyy early I realised I’d hyperemesis gravidarum � it was tough!! Nothing was staying down I had no appetite, anti sickness tablet were of no real benefit to me. I was unable to work and I didn’t even wanna get up in the mornings.....that was until you worked your magic!!! I had an aromatherapy foot massage and acupuncture which normally I’d have been dreading....the very thought of needles � but at this stage I was open to anything and everything and soon realised I’d nothing to fear, it was fine!!! And it worked!!!!!! I had mentioned how all I wanted was steak and pepper sauce and although Carol you suggested I maybe eased myself slowly back into eating (as I hadn’t been for weeks) I had it the very next day!!! � It was like a miracle!! I did go back for a second treatment a few weeks later just to be sure.....more acupuncture and a treatment with moxi sticks, which you gave me home some to continue on myself!!! Carol I really couldn’t recommend you enough, having delivered my first baby I knew I was in extremely safe hands and I had complete faith you were going to help me, included was the added bonus of a bitta craic, you really lifted my mood!! Thank you so much I finally could enjoy being pregnant!!!!

Carol will welcome you like a sister, and empower you as a woman. The passion she carries for her role as a midwife is second to none, and her complementary therapies are soul reaching. Thank you so much for a wonderful afternoon. I left feeling energised, and so super excited for my homebirth �

Carol is just amazing at what she does, would highly recommend! I had my first ever acupuncture yesterday, from the moment I met her she made me feel so welcome and at ease. Feel like a completely new person today.

Carol is fantastic at her job, this was my 1st pregnancy and I had around 5 sessions with Carol. I do believe the accupunture helped me have a more relaxed labour. Baby was born 11 hours from the start of my contractions.

Carol is excellent!! The relief I receive from my PGP,SDP and siatica is unbelievable. I’m just upset this is my 2nd pregnancy and didn’t here about her during my first!! Cant recommend Carol enough. Was suffering very bad back pain towards the end of my pregnancy. Come my 40 weeks, i could hardly walk, drive or get in and out of my bed so at that stage i was getting very fed up and willing to try anything. I was told to try Carol so i txt her and by luck she had a cancellation that day so i gave it ago and never looked back. It was the best hour & money spent! Carol was very professional in her job and gave me oils to take home to the bath and when wakeneing the next morning i felt like a new woman, no more back pain an was able to move about alot more. And before i knew it 2days later my little one arrived, and i do believe being with Carol most definitely made my labour experience very very quick and easy for a first time mum � So for anyone suffering during pregnancy I would highly recommend Carol�

Cannot recommend Carol highly enough, an AMAZING lady who is excellent at her job. From I first met her at the door, i was completely at ease and knew I was in safe hands! Having went to Carol @35wks with extreme pelvic discomfort she carried out some acupuncture and give me some aromatherapy bath oil to take home which was amazing!! I also had breech presentation from 21wks right tru to 35weeks in which case Carol preformed the moxibustion technique, again she gave me the moxi sticks to contiune at home myself!! Next app baby was head down!! Thank you Carol, with position in favour i was able to deliver my baby normally!!! your knowledge and expertise is second to none, Keep doing your amazing work, lots lof love Kathy& baby Jessica Xx

Cannot recommend Carol and her services highly enough! Paid her a visit a few weeks back as i was suffering awful sickness as well as spd. She was an absolute miracle worker, After seeing her i have been able to continue the gym and regular exercise at ease. Not only is she amazing at what she does, but she makes you feel at ease and is a pleasure to go to. Recommend any woman struggling in any areas of pregnancy to look her up. �

Being pregnant with twins, i had been suffering quite a bit of pain in my hips and pelvis area. I attended Carol for accupuncture and an aromatherapy foot massage, I cannot believe the results i got from it. The pain has almost completly gone and It has helped me so much. This woman is very gifted with what she does, also her being a midwife put me at ease so much and she was happy to answer any questions i had. I would advice any pregnant ladies out there who is suffering from any type of pain to give this a go, you wont be dissapointed.
