Balcas is a leading timber products supplier, and has pioneered biomass renewable energy in the British Isles.

Balcas is one of Britain and Ireland’s largest wood product suppliers, with a turnover of circa £90 Million. The group has 300 + direct employees; in addition, 300 people are engaged in forest harvesting and haulage.

Balcas operates from two sites. A sawmill in Enniskillen and Combined Heat and Power plants in Enniskillen and Invergordon, in Scotland.
