A £150. 00 refundable security deposit is required with all bookings, this deposit will be held one week after departure provided no damages have occurred.

Heating and electricity are metered and payed for separately.

Barbecue is available /gas bottle purchased separately

Bath towels, hand towels, face towels, are available to rent by prior request.
