It was a privilege to be here to present 2 trophies at the Yr7 Leavers' Service. Fabulous school, super kids!

A huge thanks to these guys for their commitment this year at CU@Ashfield. We hope you have learnt new skills and know more about the credit union now! Have a great summer, now that your exams are almost finished!

We had a great time at Crumlin Road Gaol (and no-one was kept in!), followed by a meal at Cuffs Restaurant. Our staff and volunteers work together to serve our members and secure the long-term sustainability of the credit union. What a great team!

On Thursday 2-5-19, we were delighted to host a meeting with the FCA. It was great to share opinions and discuss issues faced by credit unions in East and West Belfast. We were also looking at ways to support low income families in terms of savings habits, and avoiding high cost loans. We welcomed FCA Chairman Charles Randell, FCA Senior Associate Simon Osborn, Martin Fisher ILCU Regulatory & Legal Officer for NI, Marianne Cushley ILCU Marketing and Communications NI, and Sheena Joyce Manager SAG Credit Union.

We sent 4 delegates to the ILCU AGM 2019 in Citywest Convention Centre over the weekend 26-28 April 2019. Great to network with other credit unions, share practices and engage in lively debate. Also good to come away feeling enthused and ready to serve our members. #bettertogether.
